I realize now that all Bluetooth head phones have some type of issue but I was very disappointed with this purchase and have since returned them. They wouldn't charge past 20% ever...even after being plugged in for multiple days.

I have now purchased two different Jaybird earbuds and returned both of them. The only complaint I have is that there is a constant hiss when they are on. Unfortunately, that hiss is too much for me. Not everyone notices the hiss, so they might work great for you.

I am an avid runner and love listening to music while doing so. I read good reviews about the Jaybird brand, and the BestBuy salesman did a great job convincing me to buy them. Unfortunately, they crackled and didn't stand up to the sweat. I needed to return them.

I have the Jaybird x2 and I thought the new design of the Freedom f5 would be sleeker. It is sleeker, however the sound is not loud, battery is poor and cord is too small to wear under ear. I will wait for x3.

They are good for phone calls and listening to music in a pinch, but I would not recommend them for any long term music listening. They lack any decent sound and can be painful if you have them in your ears for long periods of time.
