Very hard to figure out the earpieces if switching parts. Very soft materials for the earbuds, but not a great fit.

No real noise cancellation and earphones do not stay seated in ears. Tried different mold fittings but kept falling out.

I returned this item. It was difficult to figure out which side the ear pieces went on. Too many pieces.

Terrible product quality and even worse customer support. I have not had a pair last longer than 9 months, and their customer support department is terrible about responding to anything other than direct phone calls. I will never purchase any of their products again and would not recommend them to anyone. There are far better products on the market for equal or less price.

Battery died after 8 months, war pieces come off easily when running !

It started off great, the set up and connectivity was easy. Charging was a breeze. Then came time for commuting..... It was fine for about a month. Then I lost one of the rubber ear tips. Bought spare set. Then lost the other, then another one. Then the fins started to come off. Once I started losing them, I gave up. So, bottom line move on don't purchase.

I own a pair of jaybird X2 head phones and think they are great, so when this product came out, I couldn't wait to get my hands on them. The first week they were out, I picked up a pair from Best Buy. The left ear fell apart the first day. I also heard they were selling the company to LG. I think they just threw them together to get them out the door. Maybe LG can fix the problem.

We returned the product because it was defective and decided to buy an entirely different product.

Had a friend bought this for me and carried it over to Thailand (where I live). I usually wear the Freedom while working out at the gym. It worked fine for 3 months until I took it to biking yesterday. It was just casual biking, but I guess the Freedom could not withstand the humidity over here. It was my first time using it outdoors for an extended period (2-3 hours).

Poor battery life, horrible sound. Would not recommend or buy again

As a runner these headphones were uncomfortable and fell out of my ears durning use. I returned them.

I've had around a dozen headsets so far and this was my least favorite. I do not recommend.

My ol earphones went out so I was in the market looking for replacements. I was going to buy Bose but it was out of stock, my hasty spirit cost me great frustrations later. I disliked the fittings, the pairing was difficult every time. And why on earth did they make a weird charger versus the micro usb! I had enuf and returned back to store after one week.

Didn't care for the quality of the bass. The earbuds did not stay in my ear very well.
