I was pretty excited because Jaybirds had a decent reputation. My head phones stopped working after 3 months. I am on hold with Jaybird Company to see if they will replace since there is a 1 year warranty, but I am still waiting to talk to a rep 20 minutes later.

Product didn’t last too long. Had to exchange it twice

Reviews said they had high failure rates and no after warranty support. I should have believed them. My $180 Freedoms failed and they have no repair options when the warranty is over. Only purchase with new at list price. Will never buy Jaybird product again.

Not worth the $$$ fallsout of ears, very poorly made headset

First off ear pieces are all messed up. why make it in so many separate pieces? The ear pieces that's suppose to hold them in your ear just twist and move all. You also can't hear a thing. It sounds like it's coming from the end of a hall. Dudds!!! Like most ear buds these days.

i've had these for about a month. they sound very, very good. i will agree with others who have said that it takes a little time to get the fit right...but once you do...they fit and sound fantastic. i don't think they are worth $150. i'd recommend getting the special editions for $59 though any day. other than having to fiddle with the fins and ear pieces to find just the right fit...which is what is needed if they are goinig to fit right...these are fantastic so far.

Kept falling out. Go for the over the neck Bluetooth

Would not buy again. Way to heavy. Pulls on ear !!

Hard to get to know the product w/o much information

The blue tooth is terrible, if my phone is in my pocket it doesn't work. This is no different than the last version I had. The Bluetooth works fine if at the same level (on counter) but slip it in my pocket and it is junk. Avoid.

Complicated. Thinking of exchanging for The Beats.

The ear buds are difficult to fit and fall out easily despite multiple sizes. The sound quality is average. Attempted to return within 7 days to Best Buy and they refused! No more purchases for me and my family at Best Buy. Very disappointing experience.

Bought two pairs and both were defective. They both had ALOT of static sound which was very overwhelming while listening to music. I ended up purchasing the PowerBeats 3 which are a DREAM... I look forward purchasing the BeatsX when they come out.

I bought these wireless headphones preparing to upgrade to the iPhone 7 since there is no headphone jack. The clip that comes with them broke within the first week and the earbuds don't stay secure in my ears. I should have returned them.

I purchased these headphones when they first came out. They are advertised as sweat proof, they are not. I went through three pairs of these headphones in three weeks. I wanted to love these headphones, but they didn't make the cut.

Audio does not work with video on mobile devices. This was my second pair as the first pair completely stopped working altogether. As much as I loved the X3's, this continue to disappoint when I want to watch a video.

Not even a month old and the earpiece broke off. Best buy called it neglect and would not exchange it because we didn't buy the extra warranty. It was just poorly made, wasn't doing anything when it fell off.

Too many pieces and options for headphones. I usually have a lot of patience but I really just wanted some simple wireless headphones to workout with. This was not them. Returned for a different pair.

I bought these after reading what I thought were good reviews. The sound quality of these headphones is terrible: there is NO bass. Sound is high-pitched and tinny. I would NOT recommend these to anyone.
