They do not stay in my ears, I have tried all the ear components and no luck. I would not buy these

Returned them the next day. They cut in and out...and I could hear myself talking on the phone.

I would not buy these to connect with an iPhone. Terribly inconsistent connection

I don't particularly care for these as they're to heavy and won't stay in my ears right.

i returned these the next day. the left side did not function and i didnt like the sound.

I could not get them to fit properly. Too many pieces. Should be easier to fit in the ear.

I mainly purchased these because I wanted something that I could use underneath my motorcycle helmet comfortably, plus I previously owned a pair of Jaybird X2s that I was very satisfied with, so when these were released I couldn't wait to try them out. Now, the audio quality on these are simply amazing, if not better than the X2s. I personally prefer a lot of bass and these provide enough for me and what I think is really cool about these ear headphones is the MySound app that you can use along side with these headphones to customize your audio settings. So, since I prefer more bass, I simply crank up the bass settings on the MySound app and it's good to go, so that right there is a really neat feature. Now when it comes to the battery life it might be a little misleading. Yes, it's 8 hours of battery life, but only if you use that bulky external clip on battery, which is what you have to use to charge the headphones. Without that external battery I'd say you'll get roughly 4 hours of battery life, but that doesn't really bother me much, but it might for some of you so make sure to consider that before making the purchase. I haven't used them to make phone calls so I can't justify my personal opinion on that, which leaves me towards the final topic, fitting. The fitting on these is down right horrible, everytime I put them in my ear they constantly fall out which made it very annoying and frustrating, rendering them useless when using them underneath my helmet. These headphones would just simply fall out of place while riding my motorcycle. For 200$ I would have expected something that would stay in place without any problems, but that's not the case. I tried using the different sizes the headphones provided but it just didn't work for me. I also maintain an active lifestyle, but I didn't bother to try them out while exercising because I figured I would have the same problem. Maybe I'm one of the few that are experiencing the same problem and maybe for you it won't be the same, but for that being the case for me, I just simply can't recommend these ear headphones, regardless of how great the audio quality is, because I can't enjoy it since the headphones won't stay secured in place inside my ear. So I'll most likely return them or exchange them for something different.

I'm a fan of Jaybird Sport products (after converting from Bose and a handful of other brands), and have had the original BlueBudXs, the X2s, and now the Freedoms. These newest earbuds, though? WOW. They are smaller than the X2s, which I really love. I have very small ears and though the BlueBuds/X2s fit perfectly and stayed in place every time (which is why I bought them to begin with), these fit me better aesthetically. The voice prompts when turning on and off are a neat feature (it tells me the percentage of battery, so no more guessing!), and I am really enjoying the MySound app-- I like a lot of bass in my music while working out, so I have it cranked up now. The coolest new feature, though, is probably the charging clip. It's a tiny little piece (about the size of a pen cap) that clips onto the control portion of the earbuds. You have to have it attached in order to charge the earbuds, which is something I need to remember as the X2s didn't have this feature, but you can also use it for an extra 4 hours of play time if you let the battery get too low. I keep it in my Jaybird case-- haven't had to use it yet, but it's great to know that it's there if I need it. The battery seems comparable to, if not a little better that, the X2s, as I'm averaging 3 full workouts before getting a low battery notification. No complaints there. Overall, I'd say the Freedoms are well-worth the money, and I am really enjoying them. Oh, and the white/gold color is gorgeous!

I have had several pairs of headphones over the years, from Zagg to Beats to Skullcandy. None of them ever blew me away. They were alright and got the job done, but I never had that "Holy Cow!" moment. Then I received a pair of Jaybirds Freedom headphones...can I say "Holy Cow!" They are more comfortable to wear than my other headphones and they have incredible sound! I wasn't expecting that from a Bluetooth device. The My-Sound app that you can pair with the headphones is perfect for customizing the eq. I would highly recommend picking up a pair of these headphones!
