For the price I like them
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got these for $50 and for the price I think they are decent. I think the sound quality is quite impressive. Plenty of bass which I often find lacking in earbuds. I really like their app, it has a section with videos on how to fit the earbuds "which I actually needed to watch" and you can also change the sound profile based on what you are listening to. I also like when they are paired that it shows an icon in your status bar how much battery life you have left on them. The 1 star off is all battery related. I dont like the funny little charging clip that is also a battery in itself. Its so small and I am terrified to lose it. I looked on their website and the replacement charging clip in $25. I also dont like that you can only charge the buds through the little charging clip. if you loose it you are screwed until you replace the clip. I also find the battery life to be fairly short. I dont have any specifics but it verbally notifies you when it wants to be charged and I always remark in my head "that seems like a short battery life." now if you are out with your buds and they run low you can put the charging clip on to get another session. I charged them off the clip the other day and it got me right back to 100% which I did think was nice. I was also disappointed that they only came with silicon tips. I would have loved 1 silicon and 1 foam. But for $50 I wont cry myself to sleep. So I would recommend them to a friend but I would tell them about the battery woes Ive had. but I wouldn't disparage them.

Recommend!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are great headphones and last a substantial amount of time for workouts or using them for a daily use. They tend to fall out since they do not come with the comply tips and the bluetooth can get jumpy outside. They sound awesome and the app makes it easy to customize your sound preferences. They are easily concealed and great for watching movies with little to no delay. Recommend!!

Great Quality Bluetooth Headphones
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've never owned bluetooth headphones before and have never realized what I've been missing. These headphones are great for working out. Whether I'm playing basketball by myself or lifting weights, the convenience of these headphones cannot be overstated. They paired and worked flawlessly with my iPhone 6S and really allowed me to forget I had anything on at all. Sound quality is excellent and they're simple to get set up. Would totally recommend these for anyone on the fence. Disclaimer: I was provided with a free product for my honest review. Won’t turn on without battery pack
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I might’ve gotten a defective set here. It would not hold a charge, or turn on at all. I had to connect it to the battery pack in order to turn it on. I’ve seen that a lot of people are having issues with the battery and charging unit after working out in them. But mine just did not work right out of the box. I’ll be returning them for something else.

Great wireless headphones
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recieved these from a friend who worked at Jaybird and they are awesome headphones with great sound quality. The earbuds are a little tricky to figure out which size to use as they have been slipping out of my ears once in a while. I love the rechargeable battery that you can use on the go. These are way slimmer and sleeker than the X2's

AWESOME!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love Bose. My car stereo, home surround system, noise cancelling over the ear $300 headphones, and 2 sets of ear buds (loved mine so much I bought a pair for my wife) are all Bose. This morning I broke my earbuds and decided to go wireless. Bose doesn't make wireless earbuds so I went with these. The first thing I did was download the app so I could tweak the sound. OMG the sound quality is AWESOME! I can't believe how much better these sound!

Ok for 50 bux
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For the sale price of 49.95 I can rate them as average. I wouldn't pay more for these. Honestly the sound is just ok. The app is pretty cool but I think they are best with the flat setting anyway. I got some comply foam tips for them and that proved to be the most comfortable for me with the best seal. So yea for $50, I guess I can recommend them. Otherwise, I would look elsewhere.

Good idea... Bad execution
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was really excited about going wireless but once I tried them on I remembered why I loved my Bose sound sport earbuds. The sound profile was good and the adjustability was a nice feature. My major concern was the fit of the earbuds. The conform tips didn't stay in my ears at all and when I did get them to fit using a combination of the earbuds and wings they were really uncomfortable. Also the inline mic and controls was very heavy compared to others and a constant annoyance since it kept tugging at my ear when I moved. I'll stick with my lightweight wired for now.

Amazing sound but fit problems persist.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First off the sound js amazing. Best sounding Bluetooth headphones I have ever tried. Now the negative. Despite the smaller size these buds still slip out of my ears running. The weight of the module pulls them out. I have tried all combos of tips and fits with not luck. I had high hopes that this design would fix the fatal flaw with the bluebuds but for me at least it did not. I may keep them for the sound and non running activities but 200 is a lot for that.

Uncomfortable , bass sucks
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased on black Friday, returning them today, my ears are bruised , these are one of the most uncomfortable headphones I've ever owned..tried every ear plug and rubber ear tips...their terrible. The sound is average, nothing like my bose.. doesn't really have any bass even after adjusting the sound on the My sound app..don't buy, the beats are $100 , much better sound and fit

Not good enough
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My first impression for this bluetooth was outstanding. For a wireless headsets they had an amazing sound and an app to control the eq to your likings. However after roughly 2 weeks of use i noticed that i would randomly not get sound through the headset. Bluetooth is connected and and i can hear the headset being on because i can check my battery percentage and stuff but I just wont get any audio. And this would happen 3-5 times a day. So after this happening for 3 days straight i gave up and decided to return it. I recommend it purely from sound but i hope connection problem is only mine.

Awesome sound!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought these for running and working out!! They are fantastic!! I love the variety of ear pieces and how light weight they are. They don't slip out while running thanks to the ear find. Highly recommend.

Sound great, very uncomfortable
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've owned the Jaybird X, and X2 (btw I still have no idea what the X2 does different than the X) and now I have these. I loved the X series, they sounded somewhere between OK and good, but they were extremely comfortable and stayed in my ears only using the foam earpieces, I didn't need the fins or anything else. I used them mainly for audiobooks and podcasts and they were great. These new Freedom series are absolutely a step up on sound quality, at least when you use the EQ app you can download, they sound great. The problem is they're extremely uncomfortable to me. With the X series they just go straight into your ear, they're not heavy, they're well balanced. The new Freedoms drag on your ear since they are no longer balanced. Instead of going straight in they go in at more of an angle and the part with the volume switch and battery really feels like it's there now, with the X it did not. I changed out the foam plugs with some Comply soft foam buds (it comes with Comply sports foam which is a little harder and less comfortable) and that made a difference, but still I find myself constantly taking them out for a minute to readjust them. I also tried with the fins but they don't do anything for me, they're just more uncomfortable. To be clear the earbuds will stay in my ear, they just drag on them and that wasn't an issue with the last series. Also when you clip on the extra battery back they really drag on your ear making it even less comfortable. Overall the sound quality is a big step forward, although if they just released and EQ app for the X2 I'd be interested to hear how they'd sound. But from a comfort standpoint these are a giant step backwards and I'll be returning them.

Sound quality
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good sound quality, very clear. However, the base isn't what I would want. So I gave these to my wife and I went a few weeks later and bought Dre Beats Studio - that has great sound nad noise cancelling. You can adjust the bass/equalizer but you have to download the app. My wife will enjoy these.

Disappointed
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really wanted to like these. I tried hard to convince myself I made a good purchase. Then I listened to a few comps and immediately returned my Freesom F5s. Yes the connectivity was fine and the fit was fine. The battery pack would have been a major pain. But the bottom line is just sound quality. I played with the EQ app—many songs and many settings. After trying to convince myself I made a good choice I just gave it up. I’ve heard better sound from $20 headphones. After returning them I feel a sense of relief. Not a Jaybird fan. I will stick to Beats, Bose and even JBl. Yes these were the deluxe version and the price was awesome. But if sound quality matters, you get what you pay for. Very disappointed.
