They will string you along and hope that you give up. DO NOT BUY any products from this company.

unacceptable design flaw

And that is just wearing them .around the house. Can't ever imagine working out with these. I finally lost ALL of er covers. waste of time and money.

Sound Good, if they'd stay in my ears

The sound is just fine, but the earbuds would NOT stay in my ear, no matter whether I used the "wings" or the over-ear method, both as indicated on the directions. These are not worth the $200 freight. Not even close.

I would have purchased the Bose SoundSports in-store but they were out of stock. I am totally disappointed with JayBird Freedom's sounds quality and fit.
