Was thrilled when seen these were on $50, person who helped me was knowledgeable but rushed the sale. Fit is great, the cord management system is great once you find a fit and the app is excellent.

It takes a while to get the fit right, but once you do, the sound is amazing. The accompanying app lets you fine tune the sound to your liking. The battery life can be a hinderance, but the battery pack works well.

These are great sounding earphones. I was surprised how great the sound quality was. They even have an app to customize the equalizer to suit your listening experience. I would buy Jaybirds again.

Headphones are as great as advertised. Very comfortable, connects flawlessly, good battery time, fluctuates between devices easily. I use them running and then to the gym where I use with my iPad.

I got this during the BF sale and for the value, it can't be beat. The fit, sound quality, and battery life are excellent. I've used the X2s for 2 years and these are definitely a worthy upgrade.

I had eyed this since Black Friday and purchased it for $40 later. I was skeptical on how good they could sound for mere the price. I was wonderfully surprised by a very simple and easy setup and Rich sound. I highly recommend downloading the Jaybird app to change the EQ to your taste of sound. I wasn't happy with the flat and low volume it had out of the box but found through the app another user's EQ that made it a lot better sounds with good bass.

I had another set of wireless headphones. They hurt my head and I couldn’t wear my glasses. With the Jaybird Freedom F5 I have no problems. And there’s is an app that is easy to use. These win!

These are wonderful wireless headphones and the price was great since they were on sale. I washed them by accident and dried them and they still worked. Great headphones and my son loves them!

    Frustrating

I only had the product for a day and it was very frustrating. I wore the product to work because it would be good to have Bluetooth instead of the wired heaphones. For one I have small ears so i tried my best to adjust using the XS earwig but it wasn’t just meant to be. The sound is great i must say that but this product isn’t worth the price i paid which was $69.99 (sale price). The app worked seldom and the earpiece is right by the right ear and that’s a bad position cause it kept hitting my neck. Even the adjustments of trying to keep it from being loose wasn’t working as well. Just know if you’re wanting to buy this product first, read comments and just be prepared to be unsatisfied.

I own the x's and x2's. These freedoms far surpass the others in sound quality. Just some facts; if you want the best sound, use the silicone ear tips! The foam type don't form as good a seal in your ear and don't sound as good. If you like the lows, "the bass" in your music, use the silicone! Also, you must use the Jay Bird, "My Sound" app. You can adjust the sound levels to where you like them! Anyone who says these don't sound good or aren't loud enough isn't using the app or the silicone tips. On my app I've got the bass up and the treble up and the mids 1/3 up. You have to experiment for a while to see what sounds good. I like music that takes advantage of bass. I'm amazed at how good these Freedoms handle bass and in such a small package. I own Beats Solo 2 wireless headphones, they're now collecting dust. These Freedoms have become my only headphones. Yes, I think they sound that good. If yours don't, they're not adjusted right. In every other aspect they're comfortable and the charge lasts sufficiently long. It's all about the sound quality, for everything else you just have to suck it up and find a way to make it work.

Out of the box the headphones look great. Feel solidly built and contains an assortment of pieces for comfortable fitting to your ears. Pairing them to yours phone is easy and straightforward, and the downloadable app to create your own signature sounds is nice and easy to operate. The sound out of the buds are better than expected with the ability to adjust the highs and lows making them even nicer. While sitting and listening the stay in fairly well. While at the gym I not fitted correctly they will feel loose and almost like they will fall out.... But they don't Wearing them with charging battery clipped in does make them a bit heavy heavy for the treadmill but tolerable when using weights. A definite thumbs up.

Not as good as the JayBird X2 headphones

Replaced my X2 headphones with the Freedom headphones. The Freedom headphones were more expensive, but I opted for them because the X3 headphones were not in stock. Battery Life - the Freedoms only last about three hours. where the X2 headphones lasted about eight. The Freedoms try to make up for this by adding a clunky batter that hangs off the headphones. Not a fan. Fit - the Freedoms seem to fit in my ears as well as the X2's did, but after about an hour they make my ears sore. I used the X2's for years without any soreness so I think this is specific to the Freedoms for me.

If you just want headphones this is it. Nothing like beats. These are just headphones fit nice in my ears battery doesn’t last. I only got them because they was on sell but next time I’ll stick with beats which are worth the price unlike Jaybirds

Bought for reasonable price during sale. Used for 15 days and it is nice to have this Jaybird - Freedom F5 wireless headphones as it brings more convenience in attending calls. Audio clarity is good. Earphone tips are loose and coming out easily so I already lost one tip so better to have extra tips/buds.

They are just awesome! Amazing! The sound is really good, are really comfortable and the design is so cool. Are really easy to use and pair and with the powerbank included is really good because if you finish your battery you can charge it really easy. And the best part is the "MySound" app that make the experience with the earphone even better. The best that I have tried.

So many different ways to use these buds. Whatever you're using them for, the Freedom has a set up for you. Great sound, I forget it's a Bluetooth. The app helps you maximize the type of music you like for the perfect sound. The battery life is outstanding with the snap on extra 4hr battery life- great design. Now the bad: the instruction that comes with the buds are junk. I had to go online and look up the full instructions so I could find the right way to do the set up I want. The buds are $200 and don't even come with a brick to charge the batteries? What the suck were they thinking? You can't use just any brick or you will over charge the batteries and damage them. It takes some time to get the set up you want.
