These are comfortable, provide good sound, and charge quickly. However, the abruptly stopped working after several months of very light use, and excellent care. It appears as if they are charging, and they say they are trying to pair with my phone again, but they never connect.

I love Jay bird brand Bluetooth and I am always willing to pay top dollar for years. These have good sound but battery is weak, maybe 4 hours talk/music. The box says 8 but you have to charge it with the mini battery pack which involves turning the headset off and waiting 20-30 minutes. I may return for a new brand.

I adored these headphones. They have a wonderful battery life and great sound quality. I used them a lot on road trips and at work for phone calls. People had no problem hearing me. I did sadly misplace mine so I have since purchased a pair of headphones that's completely cordless due to work complaints about the neck wire. If hadn't been for that I would have snagged another pair.

I was tired of working out with my ear phones plugged into my iPhone and when I'd move, they'd yank out of my ears. These are easy to set up and use.

I have had multiple pair of Jaybird units in the past with good results so i thought i would try an upgrade. Sound quality is good, fit is a bit challenging as they dont stay put as well as older models have, and the sweat resistance evaluation is still in progress. I have had to use Jaybird customer care in the past and they were very accomodating so i feel i cant go wrong with this selection.

Work well for walks in neighborhood. Wireless capability is convenient.

Purchased these as a gift for an audiophile. They were $100 off on Black Friday 2017 ($50 instead of $150). Absolutely no problems syncing these immediately with 4 different devices and then switching between them. The fit is comfortable and secure whether you're sitting or walking/cleaning/exercising. It did take a little time to find that perfect fit with the little 'wings', but no problems once that happened. The battery recharges quickly, and battery life is pretty good. The best feature is the EQ. If you like to tweak the sound to get it perfect for what you like, these are the earbuds for you. The cord feels very durable as well. I don't know that I would've purchased these at full price (I'm cheap), but the Black Friday deal was too good to pass up. If you can get these new for under $100, go for it.

These have the best sound of all the wireless earbuds. I tried all of them: Bose, PowerBeats 3, LG, Apple AirPods. The only complaint is the charging clip and the battery life. The clip could have been eliminated and the internal battery made larger.

Been on lookout for Bluetooth headphones, but couldn't quite decide which util these hit my inbox (if you don't get Best Buy email deals, your loss). At $50 a set I couldn't pass them up. Moisture resistance was 'must have.' Used them for a couple weeks and love them. Have recommended to friends and headphones are headed under the tree in a couple different homes.

The ear piece is flimsy and doesn’t fit well so I don’t get a good sound- also the battery doesn’t last long
