Bought these as a gift for my husband and he loves the sound quality of them. The only 2 things he doesn't like is it seems to drain his battery faster (although I think his battery is already warped) but he hasn't figured out how to put the wings on so they don't fall off his ear.

Easy to set up, very comfortable and great performance

I could not run without these. Why deal with wires? I already have to deal with a leash and poop bags for my dog, I can't handle anything else getting tangled or tripping me up while I am running. Also, the sound quality is great. Unfortunately, the side with the controls is heavier and I have a harder time keeping it in my ear.

Was able to pair to my phone with no trouble. I don't see the issue others have stated about sound quality. I love them so far.

These headphones are great for running and jump roping and are pretty comfortable. I like that you can adjust the length of them to hug the back of your head so the wire isn't flying up and down. Also, I would recommend a protection plan with them as my previous jaybirds broke fairly quickly. Time will tell if these are better but so far so good!

Love these headphones! Light and easy to carry around

I did not like it at first because it was hurting my ears. Come to find out I was wearing it wrong. After that it was great. Could use more bass. This is not one you can wear when you are not using it, but it comes with a great little bag to put it and the charger in. Worked great at the gym with the fins, did not fall out my ears at all.

Firstly, these headphones are nothing short of awesome. They sound great, the companion app is a huge help in changing the sound to your liking. Where everything falls short is the terrible customer service Jaybird gives. It is the absolute worst. I've been having issues with my charging clip about a month into owning these headphones. I contacted them by e-mail, and waited for days to hear back, but nothing. So I started a chat session in which things seemed to go over smoothly until I sent over all the information requested, and heard nothing back for a month. Now that I've gotten back in touch with them I have to send them not only the charging clip, but the headset and the charging cable as well. After reading several online reviews and the horror stories about never hearing anything back, or getting your replacement parts back I've just decided to bite the bullet and pay another $25 to replace the charging clip rather than deal with all the trouble. So buyer beware.

These headphones are incredible .they sound amazing, and totally drown out the outside noise. I’ve used these while mowing my lawn and could barely hear the mower. The bass is deep and the vocals are crisp
