This company always puts out a great item. I’ve never been unhappy whenever I’ve purchased anything they’ve produced.

I love the way these fit, you can barley feel them. The start up voice is a little to peppy and loud for my taste lol

It’s great to work out and listen to music but whennir comes to talking I find it’s better just to use te one earbud

Great sound. Great fit but, these are not for everyday wear. Returned because the earbud housing fell apart in my hands when I was changing eartip sizes. Hence the left speaker no longer worked. Exchanged them for the Bose SSW's which are more comfortable and sound better.

It’s bought for my wife and she likes it very much. Uses it in the train on her way to and from work. Easy to set up.

they are good I like them but they do die really fast they last me about 4 hours

The only reason I did not give this product a 5 star rating is because of set-up to fit snuggly around your head and ears. The instructions that are provide are a bit vague and it took me some time to get it perfect. Other than that, they have great sound, hold a charge for a long time, and the app is very easy to use.

Great product overall. It's it great sound. It's light, easy to use, and technology is seamlessly compatible with my apple products. I'm also impressed with the good battery life and that the "charger/extra pack" is small and convenient. My only complaint is that the ear buds come out easily; even while in the ear).

Gave these as a Christmas gift, wife loves them. They stay in place during runs

I am a fan of Jaybird's stuff and their warranty. I can usually get by without the add on battery that you need to use to charge, but it is great for those times you forget to charge it up when you know it's low. The controls are a bit bulky, but fine. The fit and feel take getting used to, but are totally worth the patience.

The only thing I don't like is the on off switch close to one ear so it hangs would be better closer to the middle

Purchased the BF deal but planning to return. Best buy does not give the comfy tips in the package. Silicon tips do not reduce enough noise. Charging is too proprietary. You lose the small charging dock and you are bound to buy that part from the manufacturer. This is annoying. Also, with the external battery hanging on the right side, it's difficult to have the earbud to stay on ear.

I bought earbuds, as a replacement for my (5 years old jaybird 2011 model.( but I was disappointed with this. no bass, no way to charge them without the portable battery, if it is misplaced no way to charge them. very difficult to stay in place. my old ones are falling apart but they sound better than this one..

I also have beats by dre bluetooth headphones. I like these headphones as much if not more than those headphones.

They Good for noise cancelling but could be louder

Bought these for my wife for working out...she loves them, they have good sound quality, long battery life and stay in her ears during workouts including running...couldn’t be more satisfied!
