I notice the the ear tips easily fall off or get stuck in your ear. This happens to every size of the ear tips that is provided. It is wireless but the wire that carrys the battery gets time to get use to because for me this does not make truly wireless. The truly wireless ear heads that are around the same price is the Apple airports and they have to wires at all.

We own 2 pairs of the same headphones. We love the fit and the sound. It blocks noise out so well that I normally have to leave one side off to be able to hear if someone is talking to me.

Pros: Awesome sound, good battery life on a wireless connection! Cons: The side with the controls and charging port connector is noticeably heavier than the other side causing the buds to slide off your neck of not clamped on to your shirt. I have lost both pairs of these that I bought.

The earbuds are earbuds. They don't sound amazing and they don't sound bad. The BT is easily interrupted causing skips in the audio as is the case with most of these wireless buds. It's not so bad as warrant a return though, it's infrequent. It comes with rubbery wings that fit in your ear to help hold them in but mine only came with sizes XS/S/M. I need a large to fit properly. When I contacted Jaybird about this they gave me a canned response with a fitting guide video. When I indicated that this did not help and I need a large size or I'll have to return them their response was to close the ticket and agree with me returning the product. I'll never buy from them again if they're willing to lose a customer over something so small. And yes I will be returning the headphones tomorrow. I only paid $43 for them on sale. Despite the customer support or lack thereof, I wouldn't pay more than about $50 for these considering the quality, fit, sound, and connection issues. Get them on sale or find something better.

If you buy any other ear buds you'll get, less volume, less quality, less wearability and definitely less battery so if you need a big B on your ear and that is all that matters, don't buy these!

I was in a coffee shop the other day sitting next to a booth with a couple of very loud talkers. I had "normal" corded earbuds in for no other reason than they were easier to connect than going through the blue tooth for these. Well the talkers wouldn't stop talking so I grabbed these out of my bag and set them up and wow, could not believe the difference, not only in how good my music sounded but also at how well they drowned out the talkers at the next table over. My little complaint is the little controller attached to the cord weighs down that side of the ear buds so they slip a little, but it's a minor thing. Overall, really liking these.

I owned the X2, and I compare every headphone to those. The Jaybird Freedom are by far the lightest, best sounding headphones on the market. The additional extra battery pack is a great addition!

I tried other earbuds and I always go back to Jaybird Freedom F5! Great sound and stays in place in my ears. And unlike Bose, I get sound in BOTH EARS when talking on the phone.

After having the prior Jaybird x2 I always felt they were bulky and very low but the new freedoms solve that with high volume and a app that customizes the equalizer , although the battery life isn't that great it comes with a extra clip on battery source and charges quickly , great for running and working out .

I was looking for a pair of bluetooth headphones to wear to the gym. These appealed to me as they come with multiple options for various sizes of ears. Mine tend to be on the small side (read: child's sized) and the additional pieces were great for finding the optimal comfort level. The "wings" are amazing as they prevent the headphones from falling out while working out. I never feel like I'm going to lose these. The additional battery pack charger is a little strange. I don't like working out with this piece attached and mostly use it post workout to ensure my headphones have a full charge. I love the color. It's cute. Definitely more feminine and doesn't show dirt like I feared a white pair might. Sound quality is a little tinny. I feel like the startup vocal cue is louder than it should be and I accidentally access Siri on my iPhone when I'm trying to turn these headphones off. That startup volume could definitely be adjusted. Overall, they aren't bad. They just aren't "life changing".
