Also, the sound was very harsh and shrill. Cheap overseas junk. I purchased a warranty, so I turned it in and upgraded to a JLAB Elite. Day and night difference

Expecting this newer version would be better ! Same problem excist, changeable ear bud falls off or get stuck in my ear and right hand side tends to go out first
