Sound quality was good, charging case was good, they did not fit well in my ears and fell out easily

These earbuds are so comfortable, and so easy to charge and carry around if not wearing them The sound quality is great.

I took these with a glass of milk. The initial pairing is easy you just need the app. Unfortunately for additional device pairing you need to hold a button, learning to do that with them in my stomach gave me a six pack.

I would like to start by saying that these are exactly what I’ve been looking for from a set of bluetooth headphones. These Jaybird Run headphones are very comfortable and extremely liberating without having a cord or something laying on the back of my neck. I knew the moment I started using these that they were totally unique in design compared to other headphones I’ve used in the past. I really like the charging case for the headphones, it's sleek, shaped like a large pill and is very portable in my opinion. I know that others have commented that the charging case is bulky but I think it’s perfect. I typically leave it in my car or my gym bag and just put the headphones in my pocket if I’m not using them. I charged the case when I first got these and have been using them everyday for just over a week for about 40 minutes a day. Opening the case will instantly pair them to your phone so all you have to do is pop them in your ears and you’re ready to listen! The Jaybird Run headphones come with a variety of in-ear and outer-ear silicone tips and fin sizes that are easily changed. I have worn these for up to an hour without any ear fatigue, I’m sure I could wear them much longer as these are very light weight and much more comfortable than you would expect. The volume is impressive for their size but do not get as loud as some other headphones, which is okay for me. The sound quality is nice and works great for the gym and when running on the trail. Be sure to download the app because it really improves the sound quality and allows you to adjust the audio in detail. The bluetooth on these is good but requires you to keep your phone on you while using the headphones to avoid disconnection, it doesn’t have a very far reach so use an armband or keep your phone in your pocket. I always have my phone in my pocket anyway so this was a non-issue for me. I’ve been pretty happy with these headphones and am very excited to finally be 100% cord free! I will recommend these to friends and family who are looking for an upgrade to their corded headphones.

Love that it is wireless. However like other reviews, I've noticed that reception varies when other bluetooth headsets are nearby. Hopefully a software update will solve the issue.

I bought these to listen to music on my phone during long runs. I am often training for half marathons and run 30-35 miles per week. I have never had clarity or connection issues. They work like a dream and pair consistently with my iPhone XS. They stay in my ear without having to fidget with them...very comfortable fit (although I realize this is a personal preference). I am very happy with this purchase.

I exercise on an indoor bike for 2 hours a day an listen to music and watch TV while riding. I sweat a lot and ride an exercise bike that uses my arms too so I get a lot of movement. I have used many Bluetooth headphones, but this is my first pair that is truly wireless. The Jaybird Run set up is great. I no longer have to worry about the cord hitting the back of my neck and now my earphones stay in much better and there is a lot less noise from my bike. The earbuds come with two different-sized round silicone tips, as well as two pairs of oval-shaped tips that creates a better seal for passive isolation and stopped sweat from coming in my ear. I like how the earbuds sit almost flush with my ears and I think I will be able to wear a hat over the earbuds without it causing interference with sound. The earbuds come with an app that lets you customize the EQ for the sound you like. If you have found a customizable EQ sound that you like you can even delete the app and the customizable EQ is saved with your earbuds. I use my head phones to connect with my tv and I had no problems. My bike is about 6 feet away and I had solid connections. I had the same results when I connected them to my iphone. However, I did encounter the odd stutter in the connection between the two buds themselves. This may drive some people crazy but I am hoping a software update will fix this. I used my headphones at home so I did not have a lot of competition for signals. People have reported that there are issues with Bluetooth connection when in crowded areas. The earbud case is the charger. Battery life is about 8 hours and five minutes can provide about an hour of listening time which is nice. The controls are nice, but basic. The outside of each earbud casing is home to the Jaybird logo, and behind this you'll find a discreet single button. This rather limits the level of control you have for each earbud over the four-way button of the Jabra Elite Sport. These can be configured to either act as Play/Pause and Answer/Reject for calls on the right earbud, and Siri/Google Assistant available on the left. Double-pressing each earbud skips forwards or backwards. If you plan on using these head phones at home or a non crowded area I would recommend these earbuds, I really had few issues, but if you plan on using this in a crowded area with lots of other people using Bluetooth, I would look at other products. I use these headphones everyday to workout and go out, great quality and have lasted a very long time.
