This is my first pair of ear-pod style wireless buds. They are very comfortable and sound quality is good. I haven’t been able to use them for a call yet, but suspect they will work fine.

I likes the thought of wireless and being able to handle moisture. they generally work well but there are times they lose sync (the left earbud needs to be in sync with the right warbud to work). Also, none of the earbud adapters makes a good fit with one of my ears so I periodically have to reinsert the earbud into my ear before it falls out. the sound is nice out of the earbuds. my next set of earbuda will have to have a better way of staying in my ears as well as be more reliable.

I just stumbled across these as I was looking for a pair of headphones and decided to try them out—I still have them and I’m not returning them! The sound quality is quite good and it does a very good job on phone calls with picking up my voice and cleaning our background noise. I am yet to try them while exercising, but they are quite comfortable to wear! The one drawback is that the software takes priority over all others when answering calls so if you do not have them in when answering a call, you have to manually select your device upon answering.

I’ve used my JayBird Run headphones about 5 times. I took time in the beginning to play around with the different ear tips and wings to get the best fit. I recommend you do this up front. It is true what the brand says: getting the best fit is important for comfort and sound quality. I am still not sure if my combination is the best. Overall I like these headphones. I wear them when running. I sweat a lot, and there earbuds have stayed in my ears with little repositioning needed. They easily connect to my iPhone Xs. Sound quality is just ok so far. I will continue to play with the fit. As well as the EQ app which allows you to control the balance.

Simply put the only good thing about these headphones are how nice they look. I had nothing but problems with them for the 24 hours I had them before I ended up returning them. Cons: -Continual cutting out on the left headphone (average 6x per hour regardless of standing or sitting) -They didn't fit very well even with the many different attachments -The volume at max was very low -Gave me problems right out of the box I really wanted to like them but unfortunately they were garbage.

I am actually very pleased with the wireless earphones. I haven't had any issues as other reviews out there. The only thing I did notice was connectivity issues but that's mostly due to low internet signals at the gym. They are great to run but sometimes they may pop off the ear if doing any sort of HIIT workouts! But overall they are great! Sound quality is great and I like the fact that you can customize the sound and make your own playlists as well. They also come with a variety of earbuds to fit your ear for comfort.

I like these ear buds. It took a while to find right wing tips to use for my ears. It has good sound, but I unsure I am hearing from both ears, since I could turn one of while the other on. I found out it I do not place the buds in the charger correctly and remove both of them, only one turns on. I have to manually turn the left ear on. The power sometimes do not sync well on both devices. I notice on time the left ear had more power than the right, which after the right ear drains, I could not listen to music solely on left ear. I also feel there are not secure enough to stay in my ear. I feel like pushing them in them into my ear to make sure they do not fall out.

I had wired ear buds for years. I work out several times a week, and got tired of while I am working out fighting wires. Nothing worse then doing a set and have a wire slip into your mouth or slapping you in the face. I use to buy some of the best wires ear buds and I found the sound quality to be just as good as on the RUNS. I had them fall out of my ear, sweated all over them, and they keep on working! They are durable, sound great, and easy to use!

I love these headphones. They sound great. The left one mutes when around other Bluetooth headphones. Almost like the signal gets disrupted. But overall it’s not a huge issue.

I use these at work everyday, they charge completely in my 30min lunch break, are comfortable after you play around with all the ear pieces and have great volume and bass, and great outside sound suppression, they pair up easily and I can walk about 30 to 40 feet away befor they start cutting out, only have had 1 problem in the month or so since I have owned them where only one would pair with my.phone but I just put them back in the case and took them out again... great battery life the 5hrs is the minimum I get...

Great sound. Keeps a good connection. No issues with battery life. The case should be a little better. The case at times opens and the headphones pair without me wanting it to.

I bought these to use while working, since my X2’s didn’t stay in well. I have to say, these fit awesome, don’t pop out and the sound is great with the app installed and tuned.

They fit well enough.. they dont fall out while running sound is good, connectivity is awesome.. and best of all no wires!

I am so in love with these! I have tried literally dozens of headphones that have always bounced out of my ears during my run. These stayed through a run, weight lifting, and even a half an hour on the stair stepper!

No wires to get hung! They stay put once you get them setup properly. Sound is great if you get the correct fit. Had a few signal losses, but not enough to complain.

Connectivity is still an issue even with the update from a week ago, the app will not find the jaybird run. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app and no dice.....with out the app and adjusting hi's and low's, they sound flat and Terrible! I am sending these runs back and buying the bose, i'd rather spend a little more for a way better product. I love my jaybird freedoms but this jaybird run's are not worth the money and are TERRIBLE!!

Awesome earbuds! It took me a long time to find earbuds to fit perfectly prior to going true wireless and none would ever stay in consistently. When I began using these right out of the box once again I was not overly impressed with the fit, HOWEVER when I played around with the various sizes that come in the box I found the PERFECT fit and now couldn't be happier with these! The sound is awesome. The ease of putting them back in the case to be charged is a great feature. Love these!

Jaybird are know for good sound quality. But I do have a few issues. If you have small ear canals you might have a problem getting them to fit, even with the different ear tips. Bluetooth connection issues is another problem I had with them. Every now and then they will cut out (loose connections) but it's not a deal breaker. I do recommend buying comfort comply eartips, they will help with fit and sound quality

Comfortable, but snug fit. Stays in place even during strenuous activities. Great sound quality and battery life.

My only complaint on these is finding the right fit has been a challenge but this could be more a complaint on my ears. Sounds amazing! Charging case is perfect!
