Okay, not as good as the Jaybirds x3's

Bought the Comfy ear buds and that helped to hold them in comfortably. They do not have the range that the x3's have. So you need to be fairly close to your phone. With the x3's I left my phone in the corner and worked out all over the gym. Not the case here. I also have issues with the left ear bud going in and out while listening to music. I do like the fact that there are no wires. Also the x3's are stereo on phone calls. The Run's have sound only in the right ear on phone calls. Lastly, don't lose your charger because they are not selling them separately at this time.

Not very easy to use

I Purchased them with the impression that they would be a great substitute for the Apple AirPods however, they were only trouble with problems and connectivity issues the sound quality was not that of the AirPods and ultimately resulted in me feeling taken advantage of for the price. I reached out to the manufacture just see if this was a defect however after performing diagnostic testing this was just how they were supposed to sound. They would not give me my money back or a replacement, not very happy.

BUT the bluetooth connection is complete garbage. This thing cuts out every time I don’t have it in the “right” place. Having it in your left pocket will make your music cut out. The charging case is in this oval case which sticks out of your pocket A LOT. Overall this product is not worth anyone’s money. What’s the use of having great sound if you don’t have a great bluetooth connection?

Here are the Factory Reset instructions that might help resolve this problem:
To soft reset your earbuds:
-Place your right earbud into the charge case and close the lid.
-Open the charge case and remove your earbud.
To hard reset your earbuds:
-Turn off your right earbud by pressing the right multifunction button for 3 seconds.
-With your right earbud off, press and hold the right multifunction button for 6 seconds until the LED flashes green.
-Double press the right multifunction button. The LED will flash orange and the earbud will turn off. Your earbud has now been reset.
-When you hard reset your earbuds, you will lose any saved presets and any saved devices on the paired list. You’ll need to forget Jaybird RUN in your phone's Bluetooth device list, repair your earbuds to your Bluetooth device, See How do I pair my Jaybird RUN earbuds? and reselect your favorite preset from the Jaybird app.

Great but small BUG

A few times it connected but didn’t play the sound through the headphones it was still playing through my phone.

Thank you for your purchase and review of RUN the customer support is greatly appreciated however you should not be getting connection issues like this. Good news is we just released a firmware update to improve the overall connection I have posted a link below. Also added a reset below try it out on the left side bud and it should improve connection. If these suggestions do not work, please do not hesitate and contact us [email protected] and we'll make sure to get you taken care of.

RESET- Make sure it is turned off first then hold the power button on the left bud for 6 seconds or so and it should go into "pairing mode" by continuously flashing green. When you see these colors double tab the left bud and it should reset.
After the reset put it back in pairing mode should be able to pair it back up but if it does not find the device simply delete it from the bluetooth menu and repair RUN again.

Sound even better when you tune them with the app. Takes time to get the correct fit. Can't use the left side without the right side as the right side is the main that sends signal to the left.

The stereo music coming one voice in one ear and another voice in the other ear was uncomfortable for me. I have vertigo and it seems to trigger it. I think anyone else would love these.

Constant disconnect

Unfortunately none of that matters because they constantly disconnect and do weird things like call Siri. You have to put them back in the carrying container to reset them, which destroys the flow on a run. They cost way too much for this large of a problem.
