awesome for working out!! love the no cords!!! Also t love the ability to have a small charging case

I exercise on an indoor bike for 2 hours a day an listen to music and watch TV while riding. I sweat a lot and ride an exercise bike that uses my arms too so I get a lot of movement. I have used many Bluetooth headphones, but this is my first pair that is truly wireless. The Jaybird Run set up is great. I no longer have to worry about the cord hitting the back of my neck and now my earphones stay in much better and there is a lot less noise from my bike. The earbuds come with two different-sized round silicone tips, as well as two pairs of oval-shaped tips that creates a better seal for passive isolation and stopped sweat from coming in my ear. I like how the earbuds sit almost flush with my ears and I think I will be able to wear a hat over the earbuds without it causing interference with sound. The earbuds come with an app that lets you customize the EQ for the sound you like. If you have found a customizable EQ sound that you like you can even delete the app and the customizable EQ is saved with your earbuds. I use my head phones to connect with my tv and I had no problems. My bike is about 6 feet away and I had solid connections. I had the same results when I connected them to my iphone. However, I did encounter the odd stutter in the connection between the two buds themselves. This may drive some people crazy but I am hoping a software update will fix this. I used my headphones at home so I did not have a lot of competition for signals. People have reported that there are issues with Bluetooth connection when in crowded areas. The earbud case is the charger. Battery life is about 8 hours and five minutes can provide about an hour of listening time which is nice. The controls are nice, but basic. The outside of each earbud casing is home to the Jaybird logo, and behind this you'll find a discreet single button. This rather limits the level of control you have for each earbud over the four-way button of the Jabra Elite Sport. These can be configured to either act as Play/Pause and Answer/Reject for calls on the right earbud, and Siri/Google Assistant available on the left. Double-pressing each earbud skips forwards or backwards. If you plan on using these head phones at home or a non crowded area I would recommend these earbuds, I really had few issues, but if you plan on using this in a crowded area with lots of other people using Bluetooth, I would look at other products. They fit perfectly fine. Great for jogging and listening to music. Haven't used it for anything else.

Supporting app is awesome for sound enthusiasts, great through all highs and lows. Don't really need another app for equalizer function. Only flaw I had was on connecting, even after the update. You can't use the left ear bud individually, and distance to the phone needs to be exact otherwise sound cuts in and out from time to time.

Sound quality and connection has been good. The rubber piece that helps it fit into the ear has been coming loose. Have had them for about a year.

Only...i repeat ONLY complaint is that the volume doesnt go up very high. Which is good for my ear drums... but bad for when i want to rock out.

I have own Jaybird products since their inception, from the very first Freedom headsets.. They are a very good brand, and although I like the direction they are going with truly wireless ear buds.. for an active guy in the gym.. headsets of this style and design are just not there yet.. I fear about lossing a ear bud and them falling out.. atleast in their other versions.. if you loss one you loss both.. if you are just a moderate excersizer who is not bouncing all over the flass or running many trails.. then I would recommend..

I use my phone all day and these have helped me multitask. I don't have to hold my phone when I'm walking, typing on the computer, or cooking dinner!

Great sound. Easy set up. Stays in your ear. Would recommend over Beats wireless earphones.

Purchased the Jaybird earbuds on the advice from my son who also has a pair. Quality of sound is amazing. Great quality at a good price!

If you like a headphone that has very quiet sound but is comfortable, this set is for you. If not, dont waste your time with these. Set up is simple and they are comfortable, however, theres no real bass sound, quality is low and pretty poor. These headphones do not get very loud and blue tooth sucks.

The Jaybird ear bud display at Savannah's Best Buy was attended by a young man who introduced himself as working for Jaybird. He seemed knowledgeable about the product. I HAD been looking at earbud displays from Bose and JBL, but the Jaybird dude started talking about frequency response (20-20k, he said) Although that sounded like a real stretch, I forked over $179 and took the buds home. WOW! What a disappointment! They are tinney and have no bass response whatsoever. There is a pronounced spike in the area of brass instruments like coronets and trumpets that nailed my eardrums. So, this afternoon, back they went to Best Buy only to hear that Best Buy denied the return. (In fairness, I had returned an expensive vacuum cleaner the previous day that didn't vacuum well at all.) They have a new department call Retail Equation's Customer Service office. When you call to straighten out the problem the other end is somewhere in the Far East. Beware of a change in Best Buy's return policy! I'm really bummed about this...you can't return something that you can't audition in the store?
