If you use one (the right bud) and put the other bud in the case in your pocket, the case opens easy and it connects. When it connect in your pocket it makes the right ear bud disconnect and reconnect multiple times. Also it has trouble connect to my IPhone at times... I heard that I have to update the buds but I am too busy to sit down and update them. They should have already came with the correct software.

Thank you for you review, lets see what we can do to help you out here. We do strongly recommend the update, and we completely agree that the RUN should of came fully updated but there was a minor tweak to the connection that had to be made and we did not know about it till we had sufficient customer feedback in different environments. New units will be updated, so we could swap them out if that is easier for you, or I have added a link below to the update. Should not take more than 5 min.

Easy set up, good app interface and I really like the equalizer feature. The fit is great compared to many other headsets I’ve used. The sound is not up to my standards and at times not loud enough to make the music for my runs more engaging. Would recommend it to any who does not need high-def sound but wants a small flexible bluetooth headset.

Returned due to bad reviews

Other folks complained about the audio delay making it impossible to use for watching videos and also one earbud losing connection unexpectedly. I bought the Jabra Elite 65t instead.
