The reason why this has issues is beyond me bc my phone is on my person and is in range. Most of the time (95%) I enjoy listening to my podcasts while doing yard work, which is 3 hour venture and the headset never fails and is loud enough to be heard over all power equipment. After about 4 hours, my ears get a little sore but its the best set of wireless I have ever had!

I almost took them back right away becuase I thought they weren't going to stay in my ear. However, I swapped the ear pieces until I found one that fit. I used the one without the wings and kinda twist it into my ear. They also double as ear piece for answering phone calls and the person you talk to hears you well. I am very happy with the case and the run time. I def recommend.

Left bud does not stay connected even after firwar

Did, soft reset, hard reset, firmware update, etc... It is a shame.. when they are connected they have great sound, stay in ear and have cool app!

We are very sorry to hear your left earbud still is not staying connected, since you have tried the update already it could be a different problem. Try this reset to the left earbud below but if that does not work contact us at [email protected] we can help you swap those out asap.
Make sure it is turned off first then hold the power button on the left bud for 6 seconds or so and it should go into "pairing mode" by continuously flashing green. When you see these colors double tab the left bud and it should reset.
After the reset put it back in pairing mode should be able to pair it back up but if it does not find the device simply delete it from the bluetooth menu and repair RUN again.

Bought this for my boyfriend and he seems to enjoy using them! It’s definitely noise canceling as when it’s in use he can’t hear me that’s for sure lol. I think he’s had some issues with the charger though So that’s a little concerning but other than that it seems to serve its purpose!

Battery don't last long when you have to have volume all the way everytime. Too bulky and falls out too much. When I am moving around I find myself constantly putting them back in or adjusting them.
