    These earbuds are okay, they hurt my ears after maybe an hour of using them, the connection isn’t the greatest either, I meant to return them but I didn’t get a chance before the last day go return. I guess they are okay if you’re only using them for about an hour at the gym.

    A little over a year ago, I tried these out. The audio quality was great, the app even better, but the bluetooth connectivity killed it for me. Firmware update never would complete. I decided to give them puppies another go, last weekend (12/15/18), this time around things are SO MUCH BETTER...when it comes to connectivity. Very glad to be able to enjoy these with no problems, now! :)

    Overall these are good. Occasionally the left bud stops working, I have to put both buds back in the case for a moment then all is well. If you get really sweaty, it may fall out. I have wired Bose in ear headphones and I think they’re ear setup works better.

    These buds are okay, not amazing. I mean they get the job done but they always are going in and out of connection even if phone is within in a foot of them. Not ideal when at the gym and this happens. I have smaller ears and the fit of them are fine.

    Love Jaybird, love the sound, love the app and didn't experience connectivity issues as many have pointed out, but unfortunately couldn't get them to stay comfortably in my ear. Tried every configuration for weeks. 10 minutes into wearing my ears would hurt. No can do.
