I got them for my work computer so I wouldn't have cords to deal with. I've never had a great run with these, one often cuts out which is annoying. Generally they connect, but one will drop out.

Sound quality is great and would be better if there was a method for volume control but i understand the limited capacity for functions. Made this transition from the Beats wireless 3 headphones and wouldnt necessarily return.

Great EAR BUDS

These are not the typical earbuds that have a lot of bass and the mid’s And highs are missing. They provide fully rounded sound that the true audiophile can appreciate. Easy pairing and the app for them is an extra plus.

Lots of faulty hardware

They don't like to pair with the Jaybird App on iOS which have to use to change the EQ. My first pair stopped charging the left earbud after about a month. While I was going through the warranty process with Jaybird, the right earbud stopped charging as well. I got a second pair from Jaybird under warranty and within 2 weeks the left earbud is already not charging again. It appears to be the charge case being fault.

Kindly try using a different power source/charger and/or a different USB cable. A pulsing green LED on each side means it is charging, solid green light when fully charged. It is recommended to use 5V/500mA-1A charger for 3 hours only.
It would also help to ensure that the lid of the charging case is securely closed and the charger ports and prongs align accordingly and are free from debris.
