    bought these for my husband to work out with. They would always fall out of his ear when he ran and Kick the bags (he does Muy Thai). We gave them to our teenage son and he uses them when ever he walks home from school by himself. They are good for light work outs.

    The app to adjust the sound equalizer is great and really lets you get the sound that you need for the music genre you listen to. Only complaint is that they don't always sync together and to the phone all the time and you have to go back and forth powering on/off to get them to sync.
