I really wanted to love these.

I was so excited to get them because they were so highly recommended by the store employee. I owned these headphones for a total of about an hour and a half.. the great thing is that they connected super easily and the EQ that I could set on them was a huge selling point. However, I quickly found that the headphones had a MAJOR flaw from connection... the vocals had a weird static sound to them that was unbearable. I attempted to fix it with the EQ, reconnecting, and even troubleshooting online but found it was a common issue with the headphones since a recent update. So, I returned them.

The nail in the coffin is you cannot watch video on them because of the delay. I returned them. Skip this until they improve.

Also, when watching videos yes there is a slight audio delay, because in reality these buds are created for training, running, exercise. So for the best connection and sound their had to be a slight delay in audio feedback.

I feel that if you get any type of electronic you should put the insurance on them.

This seems to be a common issue that is only solved by getting a replacement set. The customer service took over a week to get back to me and took weeks to send me a new pair. Once I got the new pair with everything working they weren't bad. I like the pill carrying case/charger. It's nice to not always have to remember to charge them. They provide a lot of different options for ear pieces to get the right fit. They seal well in the ear to provide some noise blocking. Sound is good. Using voice commands and taking calls work great. I've been told I sound better using them than using the microphone on the phone. They stay in pretty well. Too much activity and too much sweat will cause them to fall out. Typical workouts are fine though. I can run 25min with out them falling but with the sweat they probably would if running longer. They are comfortable and not too heavy. I'd rather run with these type of buds than the horse collar ones.
