My husband was such a huge fan on the style that went around the neck, that when these were available I surprised him with the wireless ones. He loves them

My husband loves this ear buds. Personally I thought they would be too hard to handle. He's using them daily and very happy to have received them as a gift.

The earbuds took some adjustment. When I first used them, I had to switch out the earpieces several times to get them to fit while I was running.

The earbuds are easy to customize and once you have them so they fit your ear all you have to do is download the app. Then your options are endless

The sound quality is not that good. I have to constantly adjust to fit my ear. Not at all what I thought they would be.

Jaybird is a product that used to be one of my favorites but when they came out with these pieces of crap was like what happened Jaybird ,yes the app is just like nothing can compare and if you're an audiophile like myself the app is great but using it for any other hps or iems whatever it useless not to mention how the Eartips wanna get stuck in your ears. Another don't buy !!!

This is my second pair of wireless headphones and I love how these block out any other sounds while I am working out. These are awesome.

i thought i would like it, but returned it because it kept falling off my ear even if i changed the different size of earbuds

These buds work perfect with my samsung phone. It answers calls and in able to operate voice activated options as well on my cell phone.

These have been great quality and have held up very well when being used outside in the dust and other weather issues

Got these as I was going on a trip, easy to use and pair, App is user friendly and has EQ options and presets, hard to get to fit comfortably

The sound is not of the best quality. Downloaded the app to adjust the sound system and still didn’t produce great quality.

I purchased the Jaybird ear phones since they were on sale, I saved $40 and am extremely happy with my purchase. Best Buy never lets me down!

I love these earbuds they are great. The only down fall is they only talk out of one ear instead of both, but we are buying a second set for the wife.

Pretty cool headphones but when connected to tv the Bluetooth lag is about a second and a half gets old quick

I love the features on these wireless buds as well as their Stay Put-ness. I can Olympic Weightlift with them in and they do not budge.

I really like these earbuds, the sound quality is very good, the fit is nice and comfortable, and the app makes for a great experience with these earbuds. But I continually have one issue that just continually happens over and over again. The left earbud will just drop sound randomly for no reason. Ill be listening to something, then the left earbud will go silent for a few seconds, not just 2 or 3 seconds, but 30 - 60 seconds, then just come back on. It happens every time I use them, not just once in a while. I've tried moving the phone closer, and re-pairing them with my device, but it still happens. I though that perhaps they were not charged up completely, but at full or less than full charge, the left side continues to go out. Unfortunately this makes for a disappointing experience. A couple of very nice things about these earbuds are the app that it uses. It allows you to customize the sound for a better listening experience, and you can create and save your own personal sound settings. You can also connect to Spotify and share your settings which is very cool. The earbuds come with several rubber ear inserts which allow for maximum comfort. It also comes with a case that doubles as a charger for on the go charging. You just charge the case and then you can take it with you to charge the earbuds. The case is very nice, and appears to be constructed very well. Battery life is rated at 4 hours and given the size and portability that is very good, IMO. Besides you have the case to recharge when needed, so battery life isn't really an issue. I really like every thing about these earbuds, but the loss of sound on the left side is an issue that cant be over looked, and is a problem. Hopefully this is an issue that can be resolved, as of now its a big negative, and because of this, these are not something I can recommend.
