Great ear buds for runners

Wonderful Earphones but Pricey

Bass is punchy and mids are great, but I think the highs are a little lacking. This can be fixed through their equalizer app however. The wireless is great but sometimes it does get spotty for no reason. It sticks in my ear when properly inserted and the included ear pieces ensures that it will fit your ear perfectly as well. The case is nice as well, but I do think it's just a tad bit bulky. This is a great device but the price could use some work.

Unfortunately these were a last minute purchase and I didn't buy the extra protection plan, so I am unable to return. Don't waist your money! These are garbage!

They fit well, but the whole point of the headphones is to listen to music. I returned them in one day.

Kindly try a Factory Reset. Here are the steps:
To soft reset your earbuds:
-Place your right earbud into the charge case and close the lid.
-Open the charge case and remove your earbud.
To hard reset your earbuds:
-Turn off your right earbud by pressing the right multifunction button for 3 seconds.
-With your right earbud off, press and hold the right multifunction button for 6 seconds until the LED flashes green.
-Double press the right multifunction button. The LED will flash orange and the earbud will turn off. Your earbud has now been reset.
-When you hard reset your earbuds, you will lose any saved presets and any saved devices on the paired list. You’ll need to forget Jaybird RUN in your phone's Bluetooth device list, repair your earbuds to your Bluetooth device, See How do I pair my Jaybird RUN earbuds? and reselect your favorite preset from the Jaybird app.
As for the sound quality, you can use the Jaybird App for a custom sound experience.
