These earbuds are outstanding. They are super comfortable yet they stay put because of their unique design and shape i.e they seem to 'hook' into your ears. Some thought volume was too low but you need to be sure both earbuds are playing; I had to power both on individually - they both have power on buttons. Also when you download and use the JayBird app, you need to pay attention to the text on the screen i.e. you start with the ear buds powered off, then power them on, but you 'keep holding the power on button' till it goes to pairing mode. It does say that, but at first you might think you need to just power on and wait for them to pair - they won't. Also the power on button is a toggle so it also powers the earbud off. The sound was fine, it is not concert hall, but when you are jogging the sound is very nice and being in stereo it is a full beautiful sound. I actually found I had to turn the volume down. The charging process is really cool. You put the earbuds in the special case, close the lid and use the supplied micro USB cord to charge them up. There are voice responses the earbuds say to tell you they are powered up fully or powered off or pairing - nice. If you are looking for a very solid and well designed system to use with your phone while jogging, this is the best I have seen.

I always use headphones and these are the best by far. Would strongly recommend this product.

For earbuds that cost nearly $200 I expected much better earphones. The left earbud won’t stay connected and will disconnect every few seconds. I looked it up online and apparently it’s a really big issue for everyone that purchased these earphones.

There ok for the price but nothing to write home about

Ok, ok... I know these are called Jaybird Run, but I'm trying to lose weight before I start running so I don't destroy my knees. As a result, I have used these while rowing and on long brisk walks. They arrive with a full charge on the buds, and a partial charge on the case, which is also a battery that's good for about four charges of the buds. The literature states that the buds play about four hours on a charge. The longest I've used them is about an hour and forty minutes, so I can't verify that number. Pairing was quick and easy following the included instructions, and there are plenty of little pieces included so I was able to get a good secure fit pretty easily. On the rowing machine and walking, they stay securely in place, and never feel like they're going to fall out. I wouldn't hesitate to wear them riding a bike or running. Sound quality is better than the other Bluetooth headphones I've tried, and is excellent, especially considering the tiny form factor of these earbuds. Of course, wired headphones will sound better since Bluetooth is highly compressed, but I doubt many of us are looking for an audiophile experience while working out! To be fair in my assessment of a product named Run, I lent these to my little sister, who is a real runner, with a marathon, several half marathons, and some triathlons to her credit. She reported that she, too, was happy with the fit, security, and audio quality. She also said the she received a couple phone calls while running, and that callers reported hearing her well. My experience with the microphone was the same. No callers complained. These are great earbuds for those of us who hate the hassle of cords when we exercise. You should buy them! ;-)

These are ok but they dont have features like other name brand buds but they are ok

With pure wireless headphones being the newest technology I definitely could recommend the Jaybird Run. I had been using the Jaybird X2 wireless headphones for the past couple years and had no complaints, but going to the Jaybird Run it is amazing how much difference not having that one interconnecting wire truly is. I have another high profile truly wireless set of earbuds that I do like but unfortunately are not good for running as they are not sweat resistant and also have an odd shape to them that have them stick out the ear more. The Run earbuds are very comparable to those in many ways. Firstly the aesthetics of the Run are great as they actually sit flush with the ear and in my personal opinion, I like the black and grey look as it is much more subtle than all white. The most important factors are firstly comfort to which the Run are again great in this regard especially with all the interchangeable tips that come with them guaranteeing a perfect fit. Thus the fit is great for running and exercising in general as not once no matter what I was doing did either bud fall out of my ears. The only negative that has been a factor with these is the connectivity dropping out of the left earbud (right earbud is directly connected to the phone via Bluetooth). While using these the past week this only happened a couple times for not even a second before instantly reconnecting. Overall though it really was a nonfactor as it always instantly reconnected. In the end, I would definitely recommend the Jaybird Run for those looking for a solidly built pair of truly wireless headphones that will not fall out while running and provide a truly comfortable fit.

I love these things. I can shower with them on. The only thing just wish they had a longer battery life

Not all that great, sound to low and doesn't cover sound around you

Gave it to my daughter for a gift, she loves it makes listening to me harder when I call her

So easy to use. No more annoying cords. Got for my son for his birthday. Wears them all the time.
