I originally wanted the JBL set but Beat Buy was out of stock. I noticed Jaybird was around my price range that I was willing to spend. I'm the kind of consumer who buys products I'm familiar with. I took a chance with Jaybird and I was disappointed, I took the first pair back after only two days of having them because the left ear bud kept going out, I got a second pair of the same product and after a week the same thing happened. I took that pair back and got the BOSE set. Im familiar with Bose, much more spendy, but a much better product. They even sound better. When it comes to electronics, I think I'll stick to what I know.

Here are the Factory Reset instructions that might help resolve this problem:
To soft reset your earbuds:
-Place your right earbud into the charge case and close the lid.
-Open the charge case and remove your earbud.
To hard reset your earbuds:
-Turn off your right earbud by pressing the right multifunction button for 3 seconds.
-With your right earbud off, press and hold the right multifunction button for 6 seconds until the LED flashes green.
-Double press the right multifunction button. The LED will flash orange and the earbud will turn off. Your earbud has now been reset.
-When you hard reset your earbuds, you will lose any saved presets and any saved devices on the paired list. You’ll need to forget Jaybird RUN in your phone's Bluetooth device list, repair your earbuds to your Bluetooth device, See How do I pair my Jaybird RUN earbuds? and reselect your favorite preset from the Jaybird app.
You can also re-establish connection between the left and right earbud using the steps found on this link:

The music sound good but the air was something I couldn't do. I didn't message with the sound as you can do so it was fine for me with the factory settings.

The call audio is limited to the right earbud. When you accept a phone call, the left earbud will allow ambient sound in to assist with better hearing your own voice. This avoids the need to take the left earbud out during phone calls.
