The sound was good, the construction of the product was good, but the fit was not. It always felt a bit painful having them in my ear for extended periods of time. I also didn't like the way the touch-sensitive keys worked while it was in your ear. Maybe it is right for some people, it just wasn't right for me.

Please clean ear tips regularly of dirt and wax buildup.
To clean, remove ear tips from earbuds, then gently wipe away dust and oil with a dry cloth, and/or use warm water and mild soap to remove buildup. Completely dry before reattaching.
Before charging, ensure your buds (and charge case if applicable) are completely dry of sweat and water.

I dont think ill recommend them to anyone. However the audio quality is superb and the noise canceling is best bar none and the jay ird app really helps to customize it to your specs

Seriously great sound. The only drawback to these (for me) is I have to adjust them in my ears several times during my workout. They don't fall out, but just get a bit loose (probably just the shape of my ears).
