Unreliable charging
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It was inevitable that one of the ear buds would not charge while in the case and if it did it wouldn't get to 100%. Leaving you with one fully charged, and the other at 20%. Also had an issue with holding one of the buds holding a a charge as well. Even though they will tell you the percentage of charge left (or you can view it from the app) one would always drain drastically fast. The charging case is also poorly designed. You have to make sure that they are seated just right or once you go to use them you may find one did not charge all the way. I did end up returning these and opted for the JayBird Vista instead, which are much better quality in my opinon, and cheeper too.

Good fit and good sound
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For wireless buds, I've always been a little picky because I never really liked the "feel" in my ears and would always have trouble keeping them in. These however, do a pretty good job of staying secure in the ear and are fairly easy to use. The directions to them could probably have been a bit more... thorough, but you can figure it out even if you're a novice-moderate tech person, like myself. Here is a mix of some pros/cons: The charging case/case itself is pretty nice and space saving, though getting them to charge might take long minute or two to figure out. I really (really) wish the USB cable provided to charge was a little bit longer because the one provided is less than one foot. Also, I will say the sound quality is good, though not great, but that's expected with most wireless audio devices - At least from my experience. Additionally, these things also pair pretty easily and quickly to devices (my smart phone and MP player, so far). They also come with multiple ear tip pieces to fit your ears as you see fit/comfortably. Overall, I'd give these a 4/5. I will say that I have yet to test these out actively, such as at the gym, but I would imagine that they would be pretty secure. Even as I shake my head like a dog right now (a little bit), they haven't moved much. Not bad, Jaybird!

||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I use my earphones for work and my co workers complained about the poor microphone quality. Also, I could only hear out of one ear when having a conversation (which is how they are built... Not sure why). Music quality was good.

Great for the active person!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought theses and man o man, blown away by the sound quality. You can adjust the EQ from the Jaybird and they are super lite. Battery life is also great. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants true wireless ear phones and for the price, you get what you pay for!

Worst headphones
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are the worst headphones I’ve ever used. The left headphone always stops working, in order to get it to work again you have to press the button then. Not a hard fix but annoying when you’re in the middle of a workout. The pins broke in the case about 2 months in so now I have to place the buds into the case gently and about 100 times before it will close. I would not purchase these again and i can’t wait until I feel like I got my use out of them so I can justify buying a different pair of headphones.

Odd disconnects.
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I think others have noted. You’ll either get one (left) to disconnect or you’ll have to re-pair them with your device to work again. I replaced with Jabra and am happy.

Solid Ear Buds
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Jaybird RUN XT seems to have fixed the bluetooth connectivity issue that plagued the prior non-XT model. So far, I have not lost connectivity. The XT also adds IPX7 waterproofing in case you want to take these out in the rain. Note, they are not recommended for swimming or wearing in the shower. PROs • Great sound. When properly inserted, tones are crisp, clear, and the bass is not feeble. • App allows customizing and sharing sound settings with the community. This is one of the best sound customizing apps I've seen. • Lightweight, excellent fit, though may be too large for very small ears CONs • Background hiss is noticeable in low volume or during spoken word or quiet music. This is the biggest flaw in the sound. • The snug fit blocks outside noise very well. But I would not wear these where it's critical to hear ambient sound, like biking on the street. These really should have a a setting to let ambient sound through when you want to hear it. • Storage case, though compact, bulges more than other buds I've owned. The sound quality and sound customizing app are strong enough features that I recommend trying these.

Nice but not great
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Everything with the Buds seemed good until the volume was turned up and you wanted more. On a 1-10 ten scale if 10 was the loudest you would ever want to hear, these make it to 6, many times just wanted another "click or two" of volume.

Posted .Hi eriedocker,
We're sorry to hear that that Jaybird Run XT did not meet your expectations with regard to volume and we'll be glad to help you out! Just send us an email at [email protected] and we will get you taken care of.
The volume limit of your buds depend on the app and device that you're using. Please note that in some phones/devices, there is a limit for the max volume you can listen to as a safety feature.
In some cases, the volume on the device is independent to the volume on the buds. You can further isolate the issue by trying a different device or a device with a different OS.

Quality Wireless headphone
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my first pair of wireless headphones, and was extremely happy with the carrying case that was also a charging case.
