Same as everyone else, left ear bud is intermittent. 179.99.....please. Bought for 49.99 in real of the day. I can tolerate the issues that are quickly Resolved for 50 smakers. 179.... def would be returned

Great headphones. Very comfortable and great sound. Ther charging car is very nice and high quality, and so far appears to have excellent battery life. The app is useful and very customizable.

Ear buds fell out of my ears. Even with the adjustments. Sound quality was good. But did not work for me. Bought JBL with hooks. Work outstanding!

Worked well for a while, then the charging case stopped functioning which essentially rendered the headphones unusable. Wanted to love them, but did not quite hit the mark for me.

I had a cheap pair of wireless earbuds so it was a big improvement when switching to these. The app is easy to use and has lots of different settings so you can get them to sound how you want.

I did not try this myself but my granddaughter has called me three times to thank me for them she is a teenager, it is very rare that she calls me three times for much of anything. I am so very delighted!

I've probably went through about 10 to 15 pair of older versions. It seems after awhile they start to wear and will cut out even if the phone is in you pocket or sitting right next to you. I've had a couple stop charging. With the Best Buy warranty, I was able to just swap them out and the problem would be fixed for awhile. Well.. I tried the new ones and I was not happy. First time hooking them up. They cut out bad. Tried another pair.. 2 days and they cut out bad.. I've been loyal for years, but I'm done with Jaybirds. I found another brand that is nice and doesn't cut out (at the moment)

I bought this headset to replace my older jaybird headset that finally died. I researched this headset for a while and compared it to others which were similar and this one won out. It's a great headset but a bit pricey.

I wanted to love these more than expected. I’ve had this brand before and swore by it. This design made it hard for the buds to stay in and kept me from being present in my run.

I loved this but i want more! Its reviewed as master L and master R but it did not work that way for me.... I needed a master and master as i am only allowed to use one at a time....L or R Great but not for me...

They are okay for the price. Sometime they pop out is my ears but I’ve learned to adjust to the device. What got me to write is the battery life has shortened to 20 mins.

I bought 2 Jabra Activite 85 and returned them both for malfunctioning, one lost noise and the other one Left went mute!! Anyway I'm super happy with this Jaybird. Super reliable and didn't let me down yet!

I wasn’t impressed at all. The setup wasn’t that great and the sound quality was subpar. Spend a little more money and go with BOSE! You’ll be glad you did....

I had it for couple of years. Glad that I was buying insurance. Exchange one time for the same and got the same problem with charging. finally exchanged for Apple

Been looking for a Pau that could withstand a gym session. Been using for a month now and they are great. Been using JayBird for years and I am always satisfied with what I get for what I pay.

I really enjoy these, i guess the only downside would be run time which is like 4 hrs. I tend to wear head phones alot, but it does have quick charge on the case it comes with .

no app to turn on adaptive sound, so you can hear whats going on around you. If you keep the buds in your ear for longer than 15 min your ear will start to hurt.

Plus quiet volume on top of hurting my ears. Ended up getting the Beats for less money, better quality and better comfort because it's like a wire necklac3 to sits on my neck.

These are freakin amazing, you know why these are amazing, because my babe Ange bought for me and I love that chica so much! She gots to be my other half! I’m telling you!

I bought these at the recommendation if a store sales member for my wife. She did not like the quality or fit. We took them back and got a different product.
