If I had known this I would not have purchased them. And the little pins in the charging case are very delicate. One of them bent after only a couple weeks. Replacement cases are $90.

To ensure a premium music and sound experience and to guarantee the left and right earbud are always in sync, we introduce a small latency. The amount of latency can differ based on your operating system and video streaming app.

Good But Could Be Great

Nice the extra ear buds and wings are included to ensure a tight fit especially if running or during a hard workout. I had no problems with this at all. These are truly wireless. Setup was simple and the app is great especially since you can set up almost countless sound range either your own custom preferred set up or ones already available in the app. Sound is excellent and can compete with the other high end brands for sure. The was virtually no distortion at higher volumes. Voice prompts from the buds are also very convenient with battery life and on and off modes. As it states you can use mono mode and only operate the right ear bud if you still need to have one ear free. The ability to charge the case is a great feature. I got just about 4 hours from a single charge and the case will allow for two additional 4 hour charges without it being plugged in. Of course you need to make sure the case has been properly charged for this to happen. The only issue I had was I did lose sound in the left ear on a few occasions. I followed the direction as they prefer you keep your device on your right side either in an arm band or pocket. This was a little frustrating and the reason I rated 3 out of 5 stars and in my opinion an important issue. This can be problematic for those who do not want to stop in the middle of a run or workout. If this can be addressed, this is a winner of a product!

Hopefully once you're set up for your run you won't have to move your phone location. The right side is best because the right earbud is the master earbud and this connects to your phone or audio device.
