I have used them on one charge and had over 6 hours of listening pleasure. But let's not get ahead of ourselves. The App for the setup is great, though I do think it may actually have too many choices. If you're like me keeping it simple is a nice way to keep things. It has 8 pre-set sound levels, which are awesome as well as manual sound level that you can save. It links to your Spotify account and has a list of genres as well as trending music, so your always up to date and jamming!!! The earbuds are solid but very comfortable. It comes with every imaginable ear accessory to make sure the fit you need is available. I was most impressed with the range of the earbuds. I was 30 feet away in another room and was still connected as if the phone was still in my pocket. Just unreal quality and comfort. I would recommend these to anyone that is active or just wants a great quality wireless earbuds for easy listening.

Please observe the buds to further isolate the issue, you can connect the buds to a different device or a device with a different OS. Resets are also recommended, I included both methods:
To soft reset your right earbud:
-Place your right earbud into the charge case and close the lid.
-Open the charge case and remove your earbud.
To hard reset your right earbud:
-Turn off your right earbud by pressing the right multifunction button for 3 seconds.
-With your right earbud off, press and hold the right multifunction button for 6 seconds until the LED flashes green.
-Double press the right multifunction button. The LED will flash orange and the earbud will turn off. Your earbud has now been reset.
-When you hard reset your earbuds, you will lose any saved presets and any saved devices on the paired list. You’ll need to forget Jaybird RUN in your phone's Bluetooth device list, repair your earbuds to your Bluetooth device, See How do I pair my Jaybird RUN earbuds? and reselect your favorite preset from the Jaybird app.

Good for music. Awful for everything else!!

I love my Jaybird freedoms and was hoping this would be an upgrade, but it was definitely the opposite. While it worked well with my music app, it did not work with other apps such as Facebook and Instagram. There was obvious lag between the app and the earbuds. I want a pair of earbuds that are more well rounded. Also. The left ear bud kept randomly turning off. Will definitely be returning these.

The amount of latency can differ based on your operating system and video streaming app.

I had AirPods before these, and they were fantastic, but I wanted to mix things up. I got these, and I tried to connect, and the right one was not turning. After an hour of finagling, I finally got it to turn on. After that, I started watching some YouTube, and I noticed some pretty major latency, as well as white noise. Definitely avoid these.

The battery life is terrible and the speakers are tinny. Even when stuffing the big ear pieces into your ear they sound terrible. How can someone sell these for 179.99? They aren’t even worth the 49.90 I paid for em! Again don’t get em unless all you want is a couple of hours on a podcast listen....

I contacted Jaybird about this and their suggestion was for me to buy their newest model of headphones instead... On top of that, vocals sounded compressed and crunchy, no matter which EQ setting I tried. Took a chance on these for $50 on a Deal of the Day, and was really hoping they would meet expectations. Major bummer.

COMPLY Foam ear tips can be used with Jaybird RUN. If desired, COMPLY Foam ear tips can be purchased directly from COMPLY. Jaybird RUN earbuds use the same driver as Jaybird X3 and Jaybird Freedom which means all COMPLY Foam tips that came with Freedom and X3 are compatible.
Jaybird RUN earbuds come with round and oval silicone tips and we would love for you to give them a try.

These are the worst bluetooth buds I've ever owned. It would be cheaper buying dollar store bluetooth then these. Please do not buy them, otherwise I would feel terrible that you spent a bill on something that doesn't live up to their name. X4 buds buy those not these if you like jaybird, they lowered their quality for some reason.

The left bud charging area has a bend tab so I have to constantly mess with it to get it charge. Synced the buds to my phone and first time using the sound in the left ear bud was constantly going in and out. Tried to take back to Best buy and they could not do anything for me. They said I have to go through the manufacturer. Such a hassle for an exchange considering it's a manufacturer defect. Would not recommend or buying from the Greeley best buy.

Jaybird RUN XT are designed to handle rain, mud, and outdoor adventures.
Jaybird RUN XT earbuds are not designed for swimming, showering, or exposure to pool or ocean water. Please note that Bluetooth does not transmit in water.
In the case of exposure to salt- or chlorinated water, rinse the earbuds gently with fresh water and air dry before using them. The charging case is not water resistant, so please ensure your earbuds are completely dry before charging.
