I have tried 6 different earbuds and these were one of my favorite. They were very comfortable. The only issue is that you have to have both in at the same time as you answer the phone with one & Siri/Google Assistant is on the other bud. I was looking for buds with all functions on 1 bud. So, I returned them.

Traded airpods for these. Wish I wouldnt have. Fit good and are decent in sound. But good luck at the gym with these. Use some old tech for bluetooth, constantly cut out. If you have to choose some headphone, go apple.

      Hi Alek,

We appreciate your positive feedback on the Jaybird Run XT's sound quality and fit. We are sorry to hear that they disconnect and we'll be glad to help you out! Just send us an email at [email protected] and we will get you taken care of.

Please observe the buds to further isolate the issue, you can connect the buds to a different device or a device with a different OS. Resets are also recommended, I included both methods:

To soft reset your right earbud:

-Place your right earbud into the charge case and close the lid.
-Open the charge case and remove your earbud.

To hard reset your right earbud:

-Turn off your right earbud by pressing the right multifunction button for 3 seconds.
-With your right earbud off, press and hold the right multifunction button for 6 seconds until the LED flashes green.
-Double press the right multifunction button. The LED will flash orange and the earbud will turn off. Your earbud has now been reset.
-When you hard reset your earbuds, you will lose any saved presets and any saved devices on the paired list. You’ll need to forget Jaybird RUN in your phone's Bluetooth device list, repair your earbuds to your Bluetooth device, See How do I pair my Jaybird RUN earbuds? and reselect your favorite preset from the Jaybird app.

These headphones were decent quality but not what I would expect out of a $180 set of headphones. I have an older set of jaybirds and they sound much better and were cheaper. other than the cost they are a good set of headphones just not what im looking for when I spend this much.

great product. They have a great range and very good fit. I wish they came with a few more ear wing sizes though. I have to twist the ear bud and squeeze my ear to secure the piece. But after that it's good to go. A fuller earwing could correct this. Over all a great product.

I've owned other models from Jay bird and this is just as great, nice sounds from my music choices and you can adjust equalizer to fit your lifestyle. While working out it stays in place even thru my sweaty moments.

I like to think that these headphones are better than the Jabbra active leads. They have a louder base then the other headphones. The only problem that I experience is that sometimes The sound goes out but it fixes itself really fast.

Wanted some truly wireless headphones for regular daily use and working out. Sound quality is average to below. They really ended up being my choice based on the fact they are small and are water/sweat proof. All others were bulky or unreliable for moisture. Not bad just don't expect great sound.

I picked these up on sale and they are amazing. They are extremely comfortable and clear. They are super loud but still block out everything. The really annoying thing is that for phone calls only 1 ear is used.

These were the best sounding earbuds i bought... when they worked! The glitch? On my iPhone when I would tap from one song on iTunes to the next, the next song only played on one earbud.. always the left. If I reported the dead one, then if played fine. And this happened EVERY time. No matter what I did. The frustration was that when both were playing, these sounded great! Pairing issue? iTunes issue? Who knows.

These are comfortable, provide great audio and they also are easy to charge and store. Only don't give it 5 stars as I can't speak for the mic on calls. Got them on sale a while back but would prbly replace at full price if needed

The base is excellent. The fit on the other hand for me, was an issue- even the smallest one would not fit. Thus the 3 stars. Also had trouble with pairing with phone and staying paired.

They pricey but the best part is that they are not heavy like other products on the market, your ears don’t get tired like others , they don’t fall off your ears, best headphones I’ve ever had .

The feel in the ear and sound are quite good but the Bluetooth connect drops regularly when running. Have to be very still to not have the sound breakup which isn’t good if you’re running. Better for walking or in the gym
