I had difficulty having them stay in as I worked in the yard as I didn't fully understand how to secure them based on the limited information in the enclosed pamphlet. I finally looked online and realized that I wasn't using them correctly. I'm still experimenting but assume that they will now work effectively. So, if you've never done this before, go online for the demonstration of how they work. I bought them on sale; so, it seemed a good value.

Low sound bad connections

Using Android signal will drop occasionally and then just start playing sound on phone or no sound at all.. if change app on phone sound disappears and need to reopen app...using Samsung s8 Android

Went from Bose sound sports to these Jaybirds and the sound is ok. Not great compared to the Bose, but the Jaybird app helps tremendously in finding a good sound profile. Great headphones for the gym. Would love more button options however. Can’t turn up volume from headphones.
