MAJOR Lag on YouTube videos OK on Netflix 2. Case opens very easily in pocket 3. Earbuds aren’t magnetic so on a case opens they fall out 4. Call quality is really average and it’s a mono so only right hear for making calls If your only using these for running then they are great but for price tag and lack of everyday use I have them 3 star
