These broke 1.5 years after purchasing them and using them heavily. Audio quality on video calls on my MacBook was so quiet that they were unusable, but for some reason call quality on my iPhone XS was fine. This is my second pair of Jaybirds that broke after the warranty and I'm trying a new brand.

Some times ear buds pop out when working out but overall good sound.

This is my second pair, had to return the 1st pair due to syncing issues. But so far they work great.

Sound was excellent but the small tips were too big for my ears.

This is my 4th pair of Jaybirds in a little over 4 years. So far, these are great. Just like the last 3. Hopefully this time next year I can say the same about them. Jaybird makes great headphones...just wish they lasted longer than 1 year.

The sound it’s great, but there are others that are great too, but the fit in the ear is just perfect. I can have them on for more than 4 hours (flight from San Juan to Dallas) and feel no discomfort at all. Great product. Little pricy but worth it.

These are ok. I have trouble fitting the right size ear cones. Needs more bass.

The t-pro is a good product in sound & having the protective hanging with is sturdy but there are drawbacks. The 3 pairs of earbuds attachments constantly fall out from the ear which is very annoying. I might add that I’ve bought a lot of wireless headphones products and by far for the price & performance it is 1 of the worst buys. There are some connection issues when pairing. Wearing this ipx -7 waterproof product has even more static connection issues after water immersion or hitting the device. A $30 dollar product at best. Go with a more affordable product. Definitely not worth its cost for its performance. Best Buy and Jaybird this is a product that should be price dropped immediately to $19.99.

It is a good product. It serves its purpose. I like its charger.

I have other Jaybird earbuds, and these are just some of good if not better. The sound quality is great, and they nose cancelling is spot on. Working out with these will impress, right along with battery life. I've had these for about 2 weeks, and I've still not charged them. Battery life is impressive, because I use them about 1 hour per a day. I'm at about 45 to 50% They are very comfortable to use for long periods of time, and do not drop out of your ear. Using the app is your best bet, because without it you don't get to experience the true sound. Price is a little high, but that's the only down side I can say.

They seem to be good quality but the right one hurts my ear as it is to stiff.

I wish you could switch Lt and Rt like x3, so you can move controls to lt side

His last earbuds wouldn't hold a charge any more so it was time for new ones. He really liked the others and didn't want to give them up. Just as happy, if not more so, with these. Still tweaking settings but all is good

My goal was to find high quality, waterproof, and less bulky wireless ear phones for running and workouts at the gym. I was impressed wth the fit, Bluetooth connection ease and the ability to adjust the audio thru the app.
