Disconnects regularly

The problem is it regularly disconnects on its own and I have to restart it to get it to reconnect. Which is incredibly annoying.

Annoying connect

Bought these to help her get rid of the wired headphones. She rarely uses them after unboxing cuz its connectivity issue. First, I thought it might be the issue of Windows OS, then I tried them on the iMac watching some YouTube this afternoon. God, they just couldn't get the job done. I needed to reconnect almost every new video click. Sounds quality is good for the price, but these pair of headphones deserve my first poor review and the first return.

Time will tell how they last. One thing i wish they would make standard is the magnetic ends on the earbuds. shouldnt have to get the Pro version to add magnets to this. i will say, it seems less rugged than the X3. feels cheaper...
