I searched for some decently rated headphones that could handle long conference calls. I purchased these headphones as they offered 6-8 hours of continued use. The sound is ok, not as well rounded as the Bose Pulse, or the Sony Free headphones. My pair did not last more than 1.5 hours of conference calls per charge. I returned these for a Bose Pulse set, which lasts multiple hours on phone calls. I gave these to a friend who has reported that listening to music seems to last much longer.

Headphones didn’t work

After 5 minutes of use, I noticed that the right side was not working at all. I thought I messed around with the volume settings on the app, so I figured I would do both the hard and soft reset. It did absolutely nothing and it was frustrating because the left side sounded great. Tried their customer service and they were no help. Saw a lot of people on the jaybird community site complaining about one side of the headphones not working, so I had to return them.
