Loved the headphones! Will be purchasing more in the future.

Bought these on sale and they still weren’t worth the money. Will randomly shut off in the middle of listening to music or on calls. Not battery related or inactive time. Just shuts off. They stay in ear fairly well but not comfortable to wear for extended amounts of time. Less than an hour isn’t bad. No case. It wasn’t advertised as coming with one but that is a bummer none the less. Reached out to Jaybird for help with the shut off deal and after going back and forth I got essentially a shoulder shrug and told “I have that happen too and we aren’t sure why”.

Awesome value at the Black Friday price. Plan to use these primarily for travel. Easy connection to my Pixel smartphone.

Got this as a gift to friend. He like it very much.

Not too much bass and loud enough to hear on my motorcycle. They stay in at the gym too with the provided sizes of ear silicone.

Love that I can be mobile and still listening to tunes

It has a not so bad sound I prefer my sony btw400 and the microphone is very distant and they do not hear me very well and it hurts the ears they are not comfortable I prefer my sony TB w400 15 hours of duration vs this one of only 6 hours

They fit great in our small ears and comfortably. Wish they lasted longer before having to charge but we do use them a lot

The headphones are constantly trying to pair to other things while you’re listening to something. So the sound ducks in and out the whole time. If there’s any other Bluetooth product within 50 feet, expect this to happen. Every time I want to use them I have to go around the house or office shutting off all my other Bluetooth. The kicker... Best Buy only has a two week return window, so I can’t return them. I bought at BB because I don’t want to rely so much on Amazon, but this kind of thing will definitely stop me from choosing Best Buy in the future.

I am not able to personally rate these as I gave them as a gift but I can say the recipient is quite pleased with them!

Decent set overall. Proprietary charger is tiny and easily misplaced. Battery life is averaging about 4-5 hours between charges. Only paid $30 with coupon which made the deal sweeter, however am feeling would not worth paying full price for.

I purchased for my son who is a runner & he said they were awesome!!!!! I got them on sale which was also VERY NICE"!!!!!!

Had for a month now, and use it everyday for my daily run or hike. Battery life is less than what on the specs. Best Buy 15 return policy to short for evaluation. If not I would return. Won't buy again. Ear buds don't fit well.

I enjoyed these earphones until my dog ate them up and then they became discontinued.

First wireless headphones I’ve bought and I love it

But this as backups for the GYM, since the GYM has been close there has not been really a time that I have used them. The sound I wish it was a little better, some how it feels that Jaybird just stay behind other brands.

Headphones are great but charge time is under 6-hours. The charger is not a USB but specific to the headphones so you have to order from an accessory pack to get additional chargers. I would recommend that they change this feature on the next upgrade.

Work great and last a long time between charges!! Can’t hear any outside noise!! Stay in my ear while I run!!

Really good headphones for the price had them for 2 years and they have not failed me
