Your Tarah earbuds are fitted with size 2 (medium) eargels out of the box. Place these firmly within your ears.
Please note, the inline remote should be on the right side
2. If your earbuds are not comfortable, or feel loose, try alternative sized eargels (size 1 or size 3). Follow the instructions “HOW DO I CHANGE THE EARGELS ON MY TARAH EARBUDS?” on how to do this. It is quite common to use different sized eargels in each ear.
3. Once you have a comfortable eargel fit, you can adjust the cord. Please follow the instructions “HOW DO I ADJUST THE CORD?”.

The mic/control box is so heavy, I had constantly adjust the right side or put it back in place because it would come out. This is extremely annoying when working out. The only reason I gave this item 2 stars because the connection and sound were clear. The range was also pretty good. I ended up returning it and asking for my money back.
