I was back and fourth between the regular and the pros. Very happy with getting the regular on sale for half the price of the pros. With the jaybird app, it sounds great and can maximize the best sound for you.

Have had these for years as my exercise headphones and they're great. They have awesome sound, and most of all sweat proof. BB put em on sale and I bought 2 as Xmas gifts.

This is my first experience with Jaybird and I overall I am pleased with the performance of these headphones. I have owned other, more expensive wireless headphones/ear buds and every pair has it's good qualities and bad. The good: -Great battery life / Fast charge -Can connect multiple devices -Firm fit in ear, does not easily come out with activity like working out -Jaybird allows you to change the EQ settings with noticeable difference -Decent bass output -Water resistant The bad: -Does not use a direct USB connection for charging, has a charging receptacle that could be easily misplaced -For me personally, these were not very comfortable, but for the amount of time I use them during a workout they are tolerable -No apparent way to switch between connected devices other than directly on the devices themselves (not the end of the world) -Had some trouble hearing during phone calls, had to max out the volume I really liked the price-point on these Jaybirds, I think it puts wireless sport ear buds with good sound and utility within reach of the conscientious consumer. For those looking for some durable headphones to wear during outdoor activities, working out or everyday use, I think you will find the Jaybird's more than satisfying!

I got these on sale. If I just wanted a pair of great exercise headphones these would be an excellent value. I tend to use my headphones all day at work juggling calls and listening. I need longer battery life and a little note richness of sound than these could offer. Still very solid and super lightweight.

These are my impressions and notes I took about the setup and use of the Jaybird Tarah wireless sport earbuds. However, before I get into it I will state up front that overall I really like the sound quality of these. Positives: -According to the manufacturers claims, and it seems from my limited testing to be true so far, ten minutes of charging is claimed to last about 60 minutes. If this holds true over the long term, this could end one of my long standing issues with using wireless earbuds. With these I can be somewhat assured that if i put them on the charger while I'm getting my fitness gear together (gym, biking, walking) by the time I'm ready to leave I'll have enough to last for most if not all of my planned time. Admittedly, one of my past excuses for not going to the gym was "the earbuds aren't charged" and this may remove that excuse, which is a good thing. -These appear to be water resistant, but from what I read I would not take these into the shower or swim with them which i probably wouldn't do anyway. -While I did like the 'default' sound settings, which I learned was just called 'flat' and had a good balance of clarity and bass, the app has a good selection of presets and customization which can fine tune it and at this point I'm not yet sure if I have a preferred setting -- though I do like options. As of this writing, I'm on the 'signature' setting and I'm trying to decide if it actually is better (it seems like it), but sometimes just a name like that can make you think something is better so I will reserve judgment on presets. -At first I wasn't sure about the comfort level, it was a little unnatural placing them, but I think they will stay in well and once the sound comes through I didn't even notice they were there physically. -These have clear human-sounding voice-prompts including pairing instructions and battery strength. Negatives: While the custom charger connector does make the charging connection more thin than it may have otherwise been, if you lose the charging adapter, you will probably wind up having to discard the earbuds. -During the initial pairing, the Bluetooth setup was a little confusing at first when a 'Jaybird Tarah' and 'Jaybird Tarah BLE' (Low Energy Bluetooth) displayed in connection options, the non-BLE one is the one to pair to (selecting the incorrect one is not a problem, though it will slow down the setup), however I suspect the other is there for the manufacturer's app to discover and connect to it for you.
