I have bought two pairs of these. Unfortunately one pair had a battery defect and stopped charging after a month of use. I contacted Jaybird and they honored the warranty and sent me a brand new pair for free. I gave them five stars, despite the battery issue, because I can almost guarantee that they don't manufacture their own batteries; therefore, this could have happened to any manufacturer. They honored their warranty, so I will honor them with future purchases.
