Normally I look at the 1 and 2 star reviews, which essentially tell you the % of the product that gets to the customer in a defective state. When I bought these, there were ~16% 1-2 star reviews...pretty good compared to similar items. I gave these a shot and I'm glad I did. I really enjoy these ear buds? I've been able to connect to my devices so far...non of which are Apple. Granted, I've had these bud for only a few days, but I like the controls on the ear bud, the sound is good, and I can wear them for hours with no discomfort. One other reviewer complained that the noise cancelation was so good you could not hear voices and traffic around you...that was exactly what I was looking for! They were right, I have a hard time hearing people with these on...even when I try to! I'm very happy with these...I just hope they last!

Husband surprised me for my birthday and they work great. Nice sound quality, easy use with app and long battery life. Easy for me to clean and charge. Love that they’re water/ sweat proof. Use these all the time while working out.

Love the sound. The app is great for optimizing the earphones. The battery life is great along with the charging case. The fit is great with options for different size ears. I have worn these to workout and have had no problem with them falling out.

These headphones were easy to set up and comfortable out of the box. Connection and sound quality are both excellent so far. Battery life is sufficient for most uses, with both the buds and the case holding charges before needing to plug in.

The headphones are great for me. They say in very well and are so light you barley even notice there there. The headphones are also water and sweat resistant making them perfect for runners or bikers. The Jaybird My Sound app allows you to customize the sound of your buds, check battery life, and even tell you the last place your buds were connected. The battery life in the buds are really great and can last even longer if you wear them one at a time. I usually do this when biking as I want to be able to hear noises on the road. The buds do take a bit of getting used to as these are in-ear headphones; meaning that the buds go inside your ear canal. This can cause some mild discomfort until your ears aujust to the fit. As a Best Buy employee I (on my personal opinion and not the opinion of Best Buy) recommend these headphones to those who life an active lifestyle or those who just want a reliable pair of headphones that can take whatever life throws at it.

Great ear buds, last a really long time. Only “con” i can say is that if you use them for a really long time, like 3 or more hours, they start to hurt your ears, but every ear bud does that so oh well. Sound is great, and easily connects without any issues.

This is very unique also has the best look of the other wireless earbuds. The sound of these wireless earbuds will leave you speechless it is that good and has a very good jaybird app with all presets you can pick from other users also you can customize your own EQ.

I use these earphones whenever I go outside my house. The sound quality is great and they are very durable. I love the mineral blue color. The shape of these earbuds fit very well in my ears and don't fall out after long sessions of listening to music.

Great earbuds! First of all sound quality is amazing. You can adjust it with phones app equalizer. Last long enough. Slick charging box that holds earbuds tight. The don't move while running or doing workout. I'm really glad I bought them.

I’ve had some previous Jaybirds & they all had Bluetooth connectivity problems. These however have been perfect! They click all the boxes in work out ear buds. Great battery life, small case you can pop into your pockets, excellent sound, & sweat/water proof.

Better than the previous model, but still not built for the long haul. Sound is great and they are comfortable, but the price point is what breaks the deal. Batter life is good, especially with the case.

Price point was a bit high, but my son was impressed with the sound and battery capacity before having to charge them again. Though he does say they fall out of his ear easier than some other brands.

Price is high but you pay for quality. Battery is great. Case and earbuds are super small and portable. Sound is very good and the fit was the only thing I struggled with at first but have tried different positions and ear-gel tips and have found my proper fit.

These are awesome headphones especially in conjunction with Jaybird’s app. I’m a Jaybird fan, but dedcided to try something different at first, especially at the recommendation of a BB employee. I tried the JBL’s first but wasn’t very content with them. Great sound quality, just a bit too heavy for me, as I’m an active person and they don’t feel secure like Jaybird’s do. Exchanged them for these Jaybird’s and I’m very impressed. Snug fit and great audio clarity without environmental noise disrupting me. The battery life a very good and the charging case makes it even better. Be sure to download the app on your smartphone and explore it. I’m a novice audiophile and not only did it help me understand the range bit better but I also was able to custom tailor the sound quality to either specific music or a range of genres.

Very good earbuds for working out. I sweat a lot and they stay in place even when running. The sound is perfect for me and the battery life is good even when using every day. I have no complaints.

I really like these headphones. To me, they're far more comfortable than Airpods and they have just as good if not better sound quality. They are highly customizable as well and they offer a snug fit that doesn't get too snug.

I bought these for a family member for a gift. They have raved about how well they work. Their comments are they fit in the ear and are very comfortable. Love the noise cancelling feature. The case makes it easy to keep them handy. Love them

I’ve the Jaybird Run but these are much better in so many ways. The fit is perfect for my ears and so good that I don’t hear any outside noise. Sound quality is excellent. Battery life is good but not enough for my long runs, for that I have the Tarah pro.

The sound quality is excellent on these and they stay snugly in your ear. These are also very lightweight compared to other truly wireless earbuds. I hadthe X3 earbuds before these and I don't feel like they are any heavier in my ear.

Bought a pair of Jaybird headphones and LOVED the sound and the fit! Never fall out of your ears and the sound is amazing. However, after 2 years the clip provided by jaybird to hold the wires rubbed the casing and exposed the wire. My sound started cutting in and out so I reached out to Jaybird for my warranty because surely a $180 pair of headphones has a good warranty right? Wrong. The warranty only covered 1 year of anything, including their own clip ripping open the wire cover and exposing the wire. They told me too bad and offered me 25% off a new pair. I shouldn't have to replace a pair of headphones at that price for 5 years. If you are looking for durability and a company that stands behinds its product, do NOT buy Jaybird headphones.
