Customers are saying

Customers appreciate the Vista True Wireless In-Ear Headphones for their excellent sound quality, comfortable fit, and long battery life. They are also waterproof and available at a reasonable price. However, some users have experienced occasional connectivity issues, and a few have found the volume and microphone quality to be lacking.

I wanted to like these so bad, but they were way too uncomfortable in my ear. No matter the size earbud I used, my ears were hurting after only 45 minutes. The only things I liked are the click buttons instead of regular touch buttons and that it had a great equalizer. But I would not recommend or buy again.

I was really skeptical about the Jaybird Vista, especially from my previous experience with “true wireless” earbuds. Most of them failed spectacularly given that they commanded $100+ price, while providing poor battery life, mediocre at best sound (most of them pure trash), and very bad fit into the ear. Exercising, or even walking was quite difficult, I kind of steered away from them. However, I must admit that the design and performance has evolved quite far ahead in the recent times, and the Jaybird Vista is a good example of that. The fit and finish gives a feel of solid and reliable design. The IPX7 proof means it can take on sweat and rain without skipping a bit. The battery life is truly amazing - I got around 5-6 hours, and the accompanying charging case boosts that to more than 12-13 hours total. The case is small and very well made, and I appreciate Jaybird adopting USB-C charging port - this means I have to carry one less type of cable while I’m traveling. Another great thing is the quick-charge feature - you can get almost an hour of playback with just 5 minutes of charging - a really useful feature while traveling where you can top up charge in a short time. The fit into my ear was quite snug. There are 3 sizes of the “fin-like” “eargels” - the pieces wrap around the whole structure so they won’t come apart easily. I had to try out all 3 to find my fit, and ones all is settled down they held on quite nicely. Now for the weakest part - the sound quality. I am used to using wired IEMs and over-ear reference headphones and so I found the sound lacking in character. The bass was there but not as distinct as I’d like it to be. It improved a bit when I played around with the Jaybird app on my phone, but not that much. However, it’s a really subjective matter so it’s better to try it out somehow so there’s no remorse. Also, since the primary use case is listening to audio during activities, so I wonder if I’d even notice that when I’m running etc. Overall, I’d say I’m very impressed with the Vista, and I’m happy that those tiny wearables are becoming so much better nowadays. The price is not cheap, but as a complete package I’d take it over any other similar earbuds.

These wire earbuds couldn’t be simpler to use. Remove the case that holds them from the box. Press the button on the inside of the case as the instructions say to activate the Bluetooth pairing process. Go to your phone and complete the pairing. I was listening to these within 15 seconds of opening the box. I do have one minor addition to the instructions. When you open the box, your first instinct is to remove the buds from their case and fit them to your ear or whatever. But if you do this, the pairing process will not start when you press the button as instructed. I discovered this by accident as at first I thought the buds were simply fully discharged and that I would need to charge them up before using them the first time. But as soon as I put the buds back in the case, the Bluetooth pairing LED lit up, and I was able to pair them. It turns out that the buds were fully charged out of the box. When the buds do need recharging, they are placed in the carry case, which is then connected by USB to a source of power. Anyway, with the pairing issue out of the way, I’m listening to music from my phone, and the sound quality is fine. The buds come with three sizes of adapter for your ears, and I found that the size attached right out of the box worked best for me. They fit well, are comfortable, and stay where I put them. Sound quality is excellent. Also included is a USB charging cable, but there is no a/c adapter, so you’ll need to connect to a computer or purchase an a/c adapter separately. If you’re a runner or any other kind of athlete who can listen to music while you work out, these earbuds will work just fine for you. Highly recommended.

I’ve already returned this item but since my experience was so terrible I had to write a review. This is NOT I8 waterproof, by just getting rain in it the left earbud stopped charging half of the time and sounded really muffled. Also I had to constantly reconnect the earbuds to my iPhone and the charging case broke in half just by being in the front pocket of my backpack. Another issue was Jaybirds customer service, who did nothing to help me and asked for information such as photos and receipts, and sill did not fulfill me of the one year facility warranty. The app for adjusting and changing the sound also kept disconnecting from the earbuds and had a terrible system for the audio modifications. Terrible company and terrible earbuds. Stick to AirPods or Powerbeats.

The Jaybird Vista Wireless Headphones are in-ear true wireless headphones. These virtually-invisible little firecrackers pack a punch when it comes to the sound, despite their size. While some smaller headphones tend to make the audio “scratchy” when turned to full volume, the Jaybird Vista Wireless Headphones stay just as crisp as when only playing at half volume. Speaking of the volume, most of the time you won’t need to excede the halfway make with these. Forty or fifty percent blocks out any nearby conversations, by the time one gets to sixty it blocks out about ninety percent of sound including if there is already music in the vicinity (for example: car stereo, floor speakers, store speakers etc.) The battery life listed on the box isn’t exactly accurate. When in a call, with the volume halfway, a fully charged bud will last around six hours; however, when only listening to music they last a maximum of eight. But the good news is, when you place the buds in the case for about 20-30 minutes, you get almost close to half of the battery charge back. The only thing that rivals the sound of buds, is their comfort. When using the proper fit (the inserts come with 3 sizes), it’s almost as if they aren’t even there. There may be a slight bit of discomfort if not put in correctly, but there is a guide on how the buds should be inserted. When inserted correctly, no movement, sweat, or water will budge them from their place. Overall, this headphones are an excellent gift for a friend or even just yourself!

I'm not satisfied with this airbuds. It keep connect and disconect when you listen to music or watching youtube. I thought it has only this problem with apple iphones but I used with android (samsung s21) and it has the same problem. I use this airbuds sometimes but it got battery problem too. The case doesn't charge one of the pair and after 20 minutes it says low battery!! The fit is so bad and you always should push it to your ears because it is big and will fall out of your ear and using it cause eat hurt after couple hours which is annoying. Sound quality is below average. Base is poor.

    These headphones are amazing wireless!

I had some skepticism about wireless headphones because they usually have some issues. I had JBL’s which were 100% wireless, but the left one would not sync. I had Sony ones that were semi wireless (wire behind the neck) but for active movement, they were very uncomfortable. I needed 100% wireless, and the aforementioned were frustrating. I went to Best Buy and they recommended these buds. They are amazing. Extremely comfortable, water/sweat proof, and their battery life is amazing. I haven’t charged the case in the 2 weeks I had them and they are at 100% battery every time I take them out. They fit perfectly and their design use all aspects of the ear to stay put. I would recommend these reliable buds for anyone who is looking for reliable and great quality wireless buds. The features include an app to manage left and right headphones and an equalizer to uniquely design the listening experience. I am THRILLED by my purchase!! Thanks again Best Buy!
