Batter life seems to be a bit short when actually using them. I probably get half a day of use before they need charged. The ear pieces fit great in my ears and don’t fall out.

These were fantastic, but didn't fit my ear size. Not their problem. I have used this company's products for years. They are solid with sound and fit, typically.

Awesome, can’t say enough good things about them. You can adjust the fit for every ear. The best part I love about these headphones is the app you can adjust the tone however you want, it’s great.

Since I mainly use these for phone calls, with the occasional jam session, I can use these for 8 hrs a day while at work and I don’t have to charge the case for about 4 days. I only use 1 ear piece at a time.

I've had these headphones for about a month and so far I haven't had any problems. Calls are clear and sound is good. The only issue is they do hurt my ear a little even with the smallest ear piece.

got these a few weeks after they were released and no complaints ever supper well for intense workouts or hikes they never fell out and i wash them over some running water and soap

I've had jaybird for over 15 years, and the quality of sound had always been awesome, from the first generation to now. Never been disappointed with my buds, they just keep getting better.

Great sound on music, it could be more comfortable but it’s better than the Bose sports that are very uncomfortable. The audio for calls are very average should be better.

Never fall out!!! I sweat like crazy at the gym and these are the only earbuds that NEVER NEED TO BE ADJUSTED! This is huge especially if you are a regular gym rat like me.

I had tried cheaper earbuds in the past was never happy with the sound. I was torn between these and the Beats Pro. I went for these and have been very happy. The sound is great, I don't have any issues with blue tooth and the battery lasts longer than I would ever need. They do stay in my ears well but get a little uncomfortable - not enough to bother me though. Tip: If you get these, they will sound decent out of the box but you need to download the Jaybird app for your phone, then you get the EQ settings and it will triple the sound quality. I wasn't familiar with this brand prior to researching them on Best Buy. I think you will be happy with them.

I love these earbuds!! Best Buy was the ONLY place that had this color and they were delivered even earlier than they thought. They fit my ears very well and never fall out.

I had the old version of jaybird runs and this one is a good upgrade. Nice aesthetics and the waterproof feature is good too. Case is sturdy and doesn't open up when accidentally dropped

Great sound, but the fit was off. Music came through loud and clear with good bass and treble. Calls were clear and folks not he other end could hear me clearly.

Wonderful sound quality. These surpass airpods easily. I've owned airpods since launch and when decided to get the pros I found these and tried them out instead and I dont regret it.

These are one of the best sounding buds I have heard! But unfortunately, they don't fit my ears well. I contribute the fit more to my ear anatomy vs the actual buds. Great quality

Solid headphones that are really durable. Great for working out with a nice small form factor case that can attach to a keychain and not be inhibiting

No real complaints... the buds come with custom sizing so if you want a good fit it works ... not good for running, falls out recommend something different if that is your intent to buy these

The fit is great and thise stay in my ear way better. only issues are the connectivity with the phone and you have to use the right one even if you want to just use and keep one ear clear.
