Music was great. Excellent sound. Calls on the other hand was terrible. People on the other end either couldn't hear me at all or they said I sounded muffled. Returned and got the Samsung Galaxy Buds+.

Great headphones to use. I actually purchased a second pair because I dim wittedly lost one of my earbuds. This isn’t instant connect but they have not failed me and are pretty good. Connecting to a computer/laptop may be a slight hurdle, but all good.

I switched to the AirPods Pro due to the transparency mode and noise cancellation. The sound on these are great, just as good as the top brands. They did Hurt my ears after prolonged use tho.

Great initial impression. Good sound quality and didn't have to crank up the volume. However, one earbud died after 4 uses and I've been waiting almost a month for a replacement.

First batch (left earbud) died on me 3 months in. No sound. Jaybird customer service reps were top notch in getting me sent a brand new pair, so we will see how long they last. Comfort is OK, audio is on par with most others.

So far this set has been working great. This item is serving as a replacement to an older Jaybird pair that failed under warranty. Fingers crossed that this item lasts through the warranty period and beyond. The true wireless aspect is great!

This is the 2nd pair I purchased. The 1st pair stopped working properly within 8 months. The right earphone would drain to 20% within a few minutes of use after fully charging to 100%. A high-pitched sound started coming from the case and I could no longer enter pairing mode. None of the resetting techniques would solve any of these issues. I was unable to get warranty service within the 12 month warranty period due to unresponsive customer service. This time I bought the extended warranty from Best Buy so if I have problems again I should be able to get warranty service.

I had some prior Jaybird headphone that were wired together but Bluetooth but i lost those. I bought these and absolutely love them! The charging case is also pretty cool. Just put them in the case and bam! Charged next time you need them. Definitely recommend!

Tried it out but instantly realize the Bose is better. That is what you get when you it’s a lot smaller and less noticeable. So id a a toss up based on preference Stays in your ears really well

I got tired of having towards getting in my way. So I went with these. I’ve been very happy when I walk outside I only put one in so that I can hear what’s going on around me. I would recommend them to everyone.

These are some real sturdy things! Solid audio output even when wearing a single ear bud. The only down side is sometimes they dont charge as the magnets get dirty (but thats on me for not cleaning the magnets often.)

Battery life was good, sound quality was meh. They don't quite fit my ears right even messing with the various ear piece sizes.

Recommend to anyone looking for all the standard requirements for wireless headphones. Has a few bonuses: decent battery, very pocketable, somewhat useful geo tracking through the phone app. Great build quality. Comfortable ear fit

Great sound when playing music. Quality sound when on a phone call. Easy to setup with any device, I have it attached to my phone(Pixel), then to my work phone(OnePlus 7 Pro) and my Pixel Slate. All work great and switch with ease. Fast Charger USB C.

These buds are great! I really like how when you take them out of the case they pair right away. If you feel they are uncomfortable, just use a smaller earpiece size. I'm on the smallest size and they work like a dream. Totally worth it.

These headphones are ridiculously late and wait. When I put them on and go for a run all I hear is very loud music, however I don’t feel the weight of either headphone. In my opinion I think these are the best headphones on the market.

When there's no microphone in front of your face, folks can't hear you if there's any background noise--wind, television, other persons speaking, public announcements, HVAC, and the list goes on. Also, these are the best in-ear at not falling out. And still I lost one. Earbuds, mask, glasses, hat, just too much going on near the ear. Something's gotta go, and this is the first to go, as well as the most expensive.

I used this earbud for about two months now. It is used for running, at work, at home without any problem. Make sure to update with the latest firmware. This wireless earbud does not have an ambient sound option.

I bought these after going through 4 pairs of the Run-XT. These seem to be a better build & so far hold up to some serious sweat & water from intense cardio & workouts.

The rubber ear piece is slightly larger for my ears. The quality of the sound is good. If there were smaller rubber pieces this would be perfect.
