2nd set of Jaybird head phones, stopped charging!

My First pair was the X3's had them for a year and cord came apart and battery started leaking it looked like. Warranty was a pain to try and get them replaced on the X3's never got anywhere. I took my chances again Vista's because like Jaybird headphones and sound great. Made a mistake buying them again. The Vistas stopped working in 2 months, case is not charging. I now have to try and go through warrant again. They sound good but flip a coin on the quality of them. Hit or miss i guess.

Way too overpriced for what it is.

After 9 emails later nothing resolved. Im sure the headphones sound great for Music purposes. However, if I pay almost 200 dollars for a pair of earbuds, I want all around performance. Jaybird has been going down in value ever since i lost my X2's. Not sure if I can trust the jaybird brand again. I have the latest firmware for the earbuds, and app. Latest version of android tweaked the bluetooth settings in the developer options.. still lag. Whenever I watch a video the lips of the speaker would never match the audio. If you use your earbuds to watch videos pass on this pair of earbuds please. Save your money!

This was my second time buying these earbuds.

I would use the right one for phone calls and people on the other end heard nothing but static. They sound great but can't have it if it doesn't sound good for calls.
