Not sure why, but I wanted to love these. I attempted these, Jabra, AirPods, AirPods pro, Powerbeats...and so on. In the end, these looked worse than AirPods pro. The button also pushes directly into your ear on this design.

If you have a Garmin Forerunner 945: beware!

If you have a Garmin Forerunner 945, these headphones do not stay paired. I had the JaybirdRuns for years and loved them, and decided to upgrade with a pair of Vistas. My first pair dropped connection with my Garmin about 8x in the hour. I finally returned them after thinking they were defective and exchanged for a new pair. The same thing keeps happening. Disappointed to learn that this may be a software bug as the headphones are so comfortable.

Not bad for what I'm using them for, work calls. Sometimes I have to use both buds to hear the client well. I really like the recharging case. I haven't used them much for music so I don't know their sound quality.

I loved past Jaybirds and turned other people on to them, but this version did not work out for me. 1) The smallest of the ear gels does not have the hooks for them to stay... so one kept falling out. 2) I didn't like clicking the button to change songs when with Apple and other brands you can just touch the earbud. 3) Staying pared was also a problem. 4) Returned and got Bose, which have been amazing and also enable volume control with a swipe of the right earbud.

Jaybird strikes again with a big brand killer at a great price. Better sound than expected but lacks noise cancelling. I love the way every music genre sounds, and I listen to a plethora or different types of music. Highs are crisp but not overbearing, mids are life like and not flat and bass is perfect without blowing out your ears The Jaybirds are comfortable as well, 8 hours and no ear pain, that is a huge plus. I enjoy these 10 fold over my Bose, the batteries last longer, the sweat doesnt make them slimy and they just sound more realistic. Charging inside the case is perfect, no dirty headphones from charging on a table and no kids can lose them or relocate them when you are not looking. I like the Jaybirds a lot, just wish they had active noise cancelling but not a deal breaker. They are waterproof and workout proof. They also work great with motorcycle helmets and making and taking calls while riding. You will not be disappointed if you buy these.

I love Jaybird products, but always had an issue with them staying in my ears. I wish they would add tips similar to their X4's. I haven't used them for working out, but they tend to fall out my ear easily. I've tried all tips and am using the large ones as they tend to fall out the least. I threw away the box, so I'm basically stuck with them. Once again i love jaybird audio, but these ain't the ones for me. Also for some reason the tend to muffle a bit which I'll be contacting them about.

    BT Connectivity Issues Very Frustrating

Actual hardware is pretty decent; sound cancelling, sound quality, fit, size, etc. work well. But I have had connectivity issues since I got them. Headphones do not stay connected to my laptop, to the point where I have to manually reconnect the Bluetooth 10-12 times an hour if listening to music, streaming, watching videos, etc. This wasn't a problem on my phone initially, however it is now becoming one. Connectivity keeps dropping on my phone and, now, if I move ~5 feet away from my phone the music quality becomes "staticky". Only solution JayBird has is to send a new pair. The issue is clearly present in all of these products, as the replacement product had the exact same issues. No matter what I try, this is the only solution they will offer, and it is not much of a resolution. For the fairly high price tag, I expected a lot higher overall quality. Would not recommend; connectivity issues are extremely frustrating.

Some of the worst earbuds you can purchase long term. At first, they work fine. Now, barely a year in later, either the right connects, and the left doesn't, or vice-versa, they fail when you truly need them. Connectivity is a big issue with these. Mind you, I don't work out with them, or do anything strenuous with them, I simply use them for every day talking or listening to music or videos, etc. For the price I paid, they are not worth it, maybe if I paid 50 they would be.

With all of the great reviews I had seen for this product I thought it was a no brainier. Unfortunately they came missing both "small" winged rubber covers. Which I wouldn't even take a star away for that but the ergonomics simply did not work. They are heavy, clunky and I am constantly adjusting. Quality is good but you know what the SkullCandy truly wireless are in my opinion all around 5x better in all areas. The Jaybird Vista's are just too over hyped and priced for nothing special.

This last year I’ve bought and returned AirPods, Zolo Liberty True wireless earbuds, and 3 pairs of $50 buds off Amazon. These finally check all the boxes for me. I work 12 hour shifts in a noisy warehouse and I need comfort, noise isolation, the ability to alternate earbuds while one is charging, and decent sound quality. It is also very convenient that they pair with my iPhone just as fast as the AirPods. It’s also a bonus that they aren’t obnoxiously large. The app is what makes these go from great to perfect for me. Being able to change the EQ settings to get a more personalized sound for whatever I may be listening to is just amazing. I was a little skeptical when I read that these only use the SBC codec, but the solid fit and ability to customize sound profiles really gives these an incredibly rich sound for a pair of true wireless earbuds. The bass thumps the hardest of any pair I’ve tried so far, and the separation between miss and highs don’t get lost even at max volume. I tend to listen to these between 60-80% because they get loud. I read early reviews stating that they have a low max volume and I definitely experienced this until I opened the Jaybird app and it instantly pushed a firmware update which fixed the problem. The “eargels” that are included with these are a revelation. The Vistas fit in my ears for the entire 6 hour battery life without having to be adjusted. This was ALWAYS a problem with every other true wireless earbuds I’ve tried. The design of the eargels really keep a snug fit that doesn’t fatigue my ears and keeps them locked in place. Honestly, I am so happy I returned my AirPods and went with these guys. They are literally The perfect pair of true wireless earbuds. Worth every penny.

Bought these for the gym after reading several great reviews. I found them to be poor fitting and the sound quality wasn't that great. I returned mine within 48 hrs.

My ears have problems keeping headphones in for some reason - only a very specific shape of headphone earbud stays in my ears. However, the hooks on the Vistas, along with the very small size and lightweight design make this a non-issue for me now. The Vistas stay in during my elliptical workouts as well as my occasional jogs. The sound quality is great when you have a nice seal between the earbud and your ear canal. I don't have any dropouts when paired directly to my Apple Watch, which is an issue I had with a previous pair of true wireless headphones from another brand. I haven't found the need to play around with the app much yet, but it does appear to be full-featured. All in all, these are a nice set of true wireless headphones that are water and sweatproof.

I own all the earphones and headphones you can think of. All shapes and sizes. Air Pods are cool and all, but I don't like how they stick out. Thnese Jaybird Vistas, wow. By True it's really true to fit! It's very snug and comfortable sitting in your ear without fear of it falling out. It is also truly wireless. They actually look nice as well, and performance is actually great, I'm a bit surprised. Waterproof & sweatproof is quite a remarkable claim, but we'll see how long it lasts with constant water/sweat after a month. But so far, it's pretty amazing with no complaints at all. Sound quality is superb, size is great. The real unexpected kicker with this is the Find My Buds app which I have not downloaded yet but should! My sister lost her last set of Jaybirds and if they had an app to locate it, it would have been useful.

These wireless earbuds were the first i've ever bought and i was dissapointed. The sound would sometimes cut out or only play out of one bud a few times or wouldn't pair properly. If you lose the right master earbud you won't be able to replace it either as the company says out of stock. The sound quality was alright but the earbud didnt fit right in my ear. I ended up going with cheaper earbuds and was able to get even better quality for way less.
