Customers appreciate the Vista True Wireless In-Ear Headphones for their excellent sound quality, comfortable fit, and long battery life. They are also waterproof and available at a reasonable price. However, some users have experienced occasional connectivity issues, and a few have found the volume and microphone quality to be lacking.

My left ear if doesn’t work anymore. Nothing happened to them they should be in prime condition. They always had connectivity issues I think the update was supposed to fix that but I can’t update because you need to have both connected. I’m disappointed

The Jaybird - Vista True Wireless In-Ear Headphones deliver as advertised. Clear sound, an app that actually enhances your listening experience, and very comfortable earbuds. Seemless integration with Spotify is a major plus. I only wish Spotify were a little less costly but you don't need a paid subscription to benefit so the occasional commercial for the service is OK. Different equilizer settings including a custom option is very cool also. I was able to get just over 6 hours use off of a full charge. S*W*E*E*T* Being honest while bowling I did have a bud fly out of my ear, but that was easily rectified. Seems my left and right ear aren't the same size. Who knew?!? Pairing and set up was a breeze. The sound is super clear, but be advised the Jaybird - Vista True Wireless In-Ear Headphones are not for you if you want to be able to hear ambient sound. But if you want to get lost in the experience these buds are for you! Cheers!

The things I need, without the things I don't

These headphones have everything that I was looking for when I was looking for new headphones. I had previously tried out some Sony WF-SP800N headphones but ended up returning them and trying the Vistas. Here is what was important to me: Stays in my ear Built to last Not overly complicated 1. Stays in my ear. I am an avid runner. I go on runs up to 20 miles and I didn't want to have to constantly be adjusting them to stay in. The Sony ones were big enough that even when they were staying put, they would bounce around, where I hardly notice the Jaybirds are there. They are really small and light. For a while I was frustrated that these didn't stay in very well. I realized later that I was using the hook incorrectly and now they stay in amazing. 2. Built to last. I am usually pretty careful with how I take care of things, but for me this is a pretty expensive item, so I wanted to make sure that it wasn't going to be fragile in any way. I have had a few minor drops with these, but nothing major. I love that I don't have to worry about running in the rain with these. It makes windy and rainy runs much more enjoyable. 3. Not overly complicated. One of the reasons I returned the Sony headphones was that there were too many features for me. The active noise cancelling turned out to be a feature that added cost but wasn't worth it for me. I prefer to just have one that has a good seal and blocks the noise when needed, which these do. And when I want to hear around me, I just use one bud. Another thing I found I didn't like was having all the features limited to when it was connected to a phone. I really dislike the weight and bulk of running with my phone (I have a Garmin watch that I get music on), so most of the "cool" features were never usable for me because they only apply when connected to my phone, through the app. I like that I can control the sound profile to my liking and customize what the buttons do in the app, but then I really never have to open the app regularly. I like the simplicity. I have been using these for about 3 months now and I have really liked how it meets these needs. A few features that I didn't think about before, but have been really nice: 1. Actual buttons. I didn't mind the touch pads of other buds, but I realized I really prefer having a button when the fall came and I was wearing headbands or beanies over my ears, or gloves that would reduce the sensitivity. I like being able to push the button through any of these. 2. Case size. The whole case is pretty small, which makes it very easy to transport or slip in a pocket when needed. Other considerations: 1. Battery life. This isn't a big concern to me because I never listen to anything for 6 hours straight, but it could be better. I'm sure it could be better with a bigger bud, and more charges with a bigger case, but I like the small size over battery life. 2. Indicator light. Once again, not a big deal. But I wish there was more than just one light to indicate charging or charged. A series of lights to indicate how much charge the case has would be nice. 3. I am not super picky about sound. I mostly just care that conversations are clear and music sounds good. Someone who knows and cares more about sound quality might care more, but for someone who isn't picky like me, there are no issues.

Bought these wensday april 15th, used them both after set up for a half hour. Put back in case charged next day use the right one at work starting from 7 am at 1 pm right one says battery low. Ok I think I'll swap to left one no big deal. Put left one in my ear no audio. Hit button all I hear is a static his and my music pauses so button works but nothing else. Go to try to contact jaybird via chat offline go to try to connect with best buy geek squad been in a que for a half hour and still no response. This is bull when I bought them and used them once.

Lightweight, with good fit, sound, and battery life. Periodically loses a/v sync with YouTube videos when skipping around the video (toggling the pause/play button on the video fixes this - until the next time). Scratching my head wondering why there's no track backward function (as of this time, surely this can be changed in an update?) At least there's now onboard volume control (not by default and has to be set in the app) which the Run and Run XT didn't have. Maybe their next (fourth) iteration of truly wireless headphones will get it all right.

    Amazing headphones for adventure

I previously had a pair of the jaybird X3s. Those were great headphones, but these are on another level. I love that they retain the ability to change the EQ on the fly with the jaybird app. The real game changer for me is the waterproof, being able to run in the rain and still listen to music, or even listen to a podcast Early in the morning while showing without waking up my girlfriend. The button layout took a little getting used to, but an update to the firmware fixed the volume control. The feature of listening to one bud while the other is still in the case leads to mind boggling playback time. These are the best headphones I've owned, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

    Awesome pair of earbuds

I own an IPhone and originally purchased a pair of AirPods. I couldn’t manage to have them stay in my ears. I returned them for these and I’m glad that I did. These fit perfectly in my ear. You can use just one bud at time either left or right which is perfect for work. The bass is awesome considering they’re waterproof. Connecting is easy but not as seem less as the pods but still easy. It just takes a second or two longer then the pods. Also, when you remove one bud their isn’t an auto stop but it’s not a big deal. The pros out weight the 2 cons for me. Perfect fit and the app is extremely useful. I’m very happy with this buy. I purchased the extra Geek Squad warranty to protect myself.

I don't think they have the sound Airpods do. I have Jaybird bluebuds wired. They are awesome. Something is getting lost somewhere. Going to purchase Airpods.

Not really worth the money. There’s a nice magnetic feature in the case but it can sometimes seem that it is secured and charging but u have to make sure.

I was excited to use these while I workout. After 14 days of loving them, they've started to show some glitches. They randomly turn off during my workouts and they rarely respond to the button commands to play the next song or pause. Now that it's past 14 days, they're non-returnable and I'm stuck with non-dependable earbuds that I won't use again.

They get plenty loud, the battery lasts longer than I expected too! My favorite part of these buds is they actually stay in my ears, AND the custom EQ settings with the app are AMAZING. It tunes the listening to your ears and I've never had such full sound out of tiny buds!

I am so very disappointed with these headphones. When I am on a call the person I am talking to says they can not hear me very well at all, they can only hear the people in the background. I am also disappointed about the general sound quality, it is very poor. Also one more thing, they fit really snug inside my ear almost too snug, like to the point I can't hear!

I'm going to return these. I wanted to give them a fair chance. I have had them for about a month now. None of the ear gels fit my ears and the headphones kept falling out of my ears. They did not work well with phone calls. I purchased them so that I could listen to music while I exercised but I couldn't get out of the house because they would not stay in my ears.
