Lobing these earbuds! The siund is clear and well balanced. I use them everyday during my work out sessions or morning walks.

I was very excited when I got these earbuds. They are exceptional music listening devices. Many other reviews are correct in in stating that the shipped inserts (the medium set) are universally fit, however they will still slip out every now and again. The app you're able to download would be a very good tool if you don't already have a system you rely on. With respect to the manufacturer's intent, these earbuds would get 5 stars from just about every consumer. With respect to the ability of these earbuds to be able to function at a high lever for phone calls as well as running, I think they missed the mark. Many of my phone calls start off really well, and in all honest if my phone calls only lasted 2-3 mins, I would have no issue. However, I appreciate the "hands-free" capability these earbuds seem to provide, so while trying to have long conversations I'm told that my voice is garbled or robotic. I've tried restarting the headsets and phone, and I've tried soft resets for the headsets and phone, then I tried a hard reset on the headsets, all to no avail. I contacted customer service and they gave a specialized hard reset process. After the instruction I asked about the issue with the phone call quality and the representative told me that Jaybird's main focus was on the Vista's ability to provide an exceptional music listening experience, not phone quality. I don't dispute that should be the case, I just would've appreciated that information when trying to decide between these and the Samsung earbuds. The truth is I probably would've still chosen these earbuds, without the expectation of using them for phone calls.

Looking for a pair of ear buds for workouts. Initially wanted Bose, but reviews on the Jaybirds were much better. So far, great investment!

Love these headphones and how much theyve come down in price recently the case fits perfectly in my pocket so im ready with music on the go

Great sound, great built in equalizer. They do lose their connection with my phone between uses at times, but still reconnect.

Headphones are good. Good sound and good battery life. The only problem I had was the size of the ear inserts.

I like all the features, they last a long time, had a problem at first with volume it was real low but just needed to do update.

Good sound, nice packaging with small foot print charging box. Wish it had built in cable. Stays in ears better than some.

The earbuds fit great and have great sound. Unfortunately, when they automatically disconnect (aka, timeout), it's almost impossible to get the to reconnect without rebooting my phone. I even changed the JBird phone app setting to "never automatically turn off", but that's not good; they still continue to disconnect after undetermined period of non-use.

So I'm going to keep the review fair because the sound, the look, the case were all 5 stars but the only thing I couldn't get past was the fit. Unfortunately, I loved these due to all the features it has but for some reason it made my ears feel like they wanted to pop. I don't know why it made me feel this way but it was so uncomfortable that I just couldn't keep them :( maybe ill try whatever their next iteration is.... Sorry Jaybird!

These are the best buds ever! I use them to run and for working out and i don't have to worry about them falling out my ear! Definitely recommend

The sound quality is amazing, and the case is really protective no losing your buds from them falling out of the case. Very user-friendly. I think I'm in love.

Had to modify the ear wings because I have very small ears but once I did that they were perfect. Love the sound quality and ease of use.

Great Earbuds, love that you can adjust to sound the your preferences . I am not disappointed with these, enjoying them to the fullest.

I like these alot, they fit very well on my ears. I can jog at the gym or outside with them, and have no problems.

They fit snug and do not slip out of my ears. Phone calls come from both ear buds. Easy to control from the buds. Works great with iPhone 11.

Fits great, and feels more secure than airpods. Easy to connect and use with multiple devices, and great for working at home and taking meetings.

These used to be the best earbuds I had ever had the pleasure of using. Until the next generation came into play.

These are great for any type of music listening, whether it be for casual or intense workouts. They stay in your ear and are very comfortable.
