Great Earbud...While They Worked

They were easy to set up and pair with my FiiO Hi-Res Player. The customizable sound profile through the Jaybird app is an excellent feature. Wearability and sound quality is very good. Feature set is fairly easy to use. Three days ago, the left earbud stopped turning on automatically when the earbud was removed from the case. Two days ago, both earbuds stopped taking a charge. I would a voice prompt saying that the earbuds were fully charged when removed from the case. After two minutes of use, I would get a voice prompt that the battery was low and the earbuds would abruptly shut off. I went through all the problem resolution steps listed on the Jaybird website. Did not fix the issues. Tried to initiate numerous chat sessions with Jaybird technical support during their business hours. Chat function was offline every time. I reviewed several different user forums regarding the Jaybird Vista earbuds. Looks like my problems are pretty common. Numerous complaints about charging issues, earbuds not connecting and poor customer service. My set is getting returned today.

They stay in well, my only complaint is that it is a few more steps in order to switch the connection from one device to another (ie phone to computer) for when I am on phone calls/video conferences.
